There cats in the dining room during breakfast and dinner which was unacceptable. There could have been some arrangements to avoid this.

So, it was the best experience we’ve had in a while. From the very beginning personnel and the hotel in general carried us away with great service. We’ve got upgraded to a suite on a first line with a sea view and red carpet services which was a great surprise even though we totally didn’t expect that. Personnel is very professional, not annoying and pleasing which may happen in hotels of such type but very friendly, open, cheerful and, what was the cherry on top, showing all the hospitality and colors of Greek culture. Food was amazing. Every day hotel had themed nights where were served dishes from different cuisines around the world. Everything is cooked great and the most important thing for me as for the person with gastritis - they’ve always had options for people with unhealthy or sensitive stomach, which were still changing in flavors so you don’t get bored of food at all. Sea and pools are super clean, as well as facilities. We are happy with our choice 100%, would recommend for sure.

Myself and partner had the most amazing week at Atlantica Imperial resort. The facilities are incredible, the food is at an excellent standard with a huge variety and the staff are committed on giving you best service and holiday they can possible provide! A few special shout outs to Georgia and Filtsa (at the sky bar) and Dimiitris who served us lunch daily. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the hotel is big and modern. Thanks again for the most perfect week we will definitely be returning!

The evening entertainment could have been better but that didn't spoil our stay.

The staff were genuinely so friendly and welcoming. With a happy positive attitude always. The rooms were pristine. The swim up rooms are a must. We were given so many little extras and luxuries throughout the stay. Our meal in Mylos was out of this world with very attentive staff (Bruno)

If they were, they were quickly forgotten due to the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere of relaxation and rest.

Room: clean and comfortable. AC work properly. The view from the window was 10 out of 10, it was amazing to admire the sea and mountain at any time of the day. Great bathroom with everything you need. Staff: friendly, very kind, professional administration - quick check-in and check-out, were offered an upgrade to a premium room with a pool in the Residence, but we had a regular room booked, so we don’t know why we were so lucky… but it turned out to be the best option: peace, silence, beauty… We are very grateful! Food: delicious, you won't go hungry after.

I would be a hypocrite to look for minuses in the overall picture.

The hotel has real class, with excelent, yet not ostentatious services, and it induces a relaxing state of mind. The cuisine is up to the most demanding expectations in terms of taste and diversity, with an appealing presentation even for a buffet style. I appreciate that sunbeds could be placed also on well-maintained lawn, not only at the beach, or the pool.

My only recommendation would be to have beach towels available by pool area, not in spa. I understand that spa needs to convert footsteps into their business but it is not convenient for the hotel guests to walk all the way there and also we always have to go thought the uncomfortable conversations of rejecting their services.

We loved our stay at Atlantic’s Imperial Resort. We’ve got upgraded to the Residence building and we’ve liked it out there. Hotel stuff was very nice and attentive, spacious and clean rooms, good food, great beach with very clear and clean water.

Almost everything was wonderful except for the fitness center is terrible, I don't understand how you can open a place like this to the public, with a couple of old, ugly and rusty machines. What happened there? This gym does not match the category of the hotel. please take urgent action! I also do not like that you hide the prices of the Spa services, that is not ethical, and there are no excuses for that.

It is a spectacular hotel with 1 opportunity for improvement that I will write at the end. The facilities are beautiful, it is very comfortable, the beautiful beach with water sports, the buffet is delicious and very varied, we also liked the boutique with everything you need in case you left something at home. The staff is very friendly and I thank them very much for helping me prepare for my husband's birthday. an unforgettable place.

snack bar food is crap and the snack bar area smells horrible. overall food quality needs to be improved. coffee provided was horrible in bar and dinner. but there is Nespresso machine in the room. we had to go and buy Nespresso capsules.

On the beach there is no service at all You need to go 100 m minimum to get you some beer or soft drinks. That was not ok...

one of the employees of the hotel disturbed us on the beach and also in the hotel. he was very rude to us. but we try to remember the other employers that were very kind indeed. and all the other thing that was really good.

The only downside is that it is located 1 hour from the Rhodes town and 30 minutes from Lindos village by busZ there are no hotel shuttles.
