If you pay for the half board, the dinner is somehow mixed up in one menu with things you can order and some stuff for which you pay 50% off. This is really confusing and not a very good idea. The stuff is a bit pushy on leaving tips, this does not make a good impession.

Very polite and upcoming staff. They try to be helpful in any possible way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Most of them have beautiful view and balcony. They have very well managed the disadvantages of having a divided hotel premises with golf carts. Very organized process of check in/out! The beach area is very well organized with attention to the detail. The beach is fully covered with umbrellas, so you do not have to move your sunbed around with the sun. The food served on the beach is of a very good quality. Another attention to the detail is that the food on the beach is served with normal cutlery and in porcellan plates. You also get the drinks in normal, not plastic glasses. The sunbeds are also very qualitative, made of real wood and well padded. On the beach between the sunbeds there is a wooden table with marbel top. All this makes the experience on being on the beach very pleasant. The water is cristal clean and clear. Another aspect of the beach positves is the presence of a fully equipped toilet and bathroom with towels for the hands. The breakfast is exeptional.

Sometimes there are noises, while we sleep till noon. Still, If I have to pick one location in whole Halkidiki to trully rest, this is my #1 choice.

Location, beach, hospitality and food, all is great. It is a true wonder to have it.

At breakfast,when we asked for more coffee we were told we will have to pay for extra coffee which sound a bit surprising for such an hotel. Also the coffee capsules in the room , which we were told is only for the first day. In all the hotels and especially the relais chateau we were around the world we never got across with this pitty attitude.

The staff was so nice accommodating and helpful From all the front desk to the restaurant host and all the waiters.

Everything was amazing, great location, very calm, not crowded, nice and clean rooms, nice beach area with a lot space in between the sun beds and last but not least really amazing food! Thanks a lot to the whole team for the great service and we will definitely come back!

Nothing could have been better.

Everything in this hotel is just perfect, the rooms, the food, the secluded beach with amazing cristal clear water.. and above all the staff, who rounds the whole experience making it simply amazing with their attention, modesty and kindness. It’s been our second time here and we will for sure return.

The property is amazing with a fabulous restaurant set on the crystal clear beach. Breakfast & dinner are excellent. The staff are the most friendly ever met in a hotel. They pay attention to details and take care of you the best they can.

Everthing is great, staff is the best. Breakfast is excellent and dinner is delicious. Some Suggestions: Maybe you can add some traditional desserts for dinner. In rooms a more hangers for towels :) For private pools chlorine and ph ratios can be shown

Everything. Top place, nice beach all the accessories. Restaurant is amazing - rich menu with some new special meals any dinner. Breakfast is buffet and again - amazing. Staff is so nice and helpful. One of my best vacations ever - I didn’t need to thing for anything. Even towel on the beach seats was ensured. + good menu for the beach as well. The place is amazing for just resting and enjoying the life. Our room was with private pool - clean and good small pool.

It wasn t especially something i didn t like. It was maybe some small "issue" like not having entertainment or not having a gym. It was more like a place where to chill but at a some point become borring. Another small issue it was the water you have to pay at lunch,or dinner when it was included the half board. The price for water is 6€ still -9€ sparkling, it s a bit ridiculous. Not having a variety of food where to chose from the half board a "no no " aswell

- They Include Water as a beverage in the paid half-board dinner and therefore it is charged extra. Which is also charged quite high in my opinion (6 euro) A glass of water with the dinner could be offered in the half-board package. At least most 5-star hotels do - Half board menu choices are very limited, especially for people who stay 5 or more days in the hotel. Unfortunately, there is only 1 main course dish with meat which in my opinion is not enough if you spend many days there ** There are other meat choices on the menu which you have to pay for ** - The hotel room does not include free coffee capsules daily for the espresso machine like other 5-star hotels tend to do. If you are used to receiving daily coffee capsules this is not the case here. This is quite a disappointment for me taking into consideration the price of the rooms the level of the hotel and the quality. *** You need to work on your customer relations a bit and how you receive and work on feedback and suggestions. The response you send is not very professional. Someone who leaves suggestions to improve might care and would like to see you reach 10 as an overall score since he might wish to visit you again. Comments like this might prohibit it from happening ***

- Very friendly and polite staff. Every single one of them was professional with positive energy and real smiles . - Clean rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows ( very important ) . Rooms have every comfort you need - daily cleaning was also very thorough - The beach is one of the best in Chalkidiki . Clean waters with VERY comfortable sunbeds and clean sand with no rocks - Good quality food but only little choices for half board

We had a fantastic stay at Avaton. We are a family with 2 small children and stayed at the One Bedroom Suite and it was perfect for us. The beach is fantasic for kids, very clean and nice sand. The kids' club on the beach kept our kids entertained for parts of the day, and they had all the amenities we needed for the beach. Mirela was doing an awesome job running the kid's club. The restaurant is just amazing. All the meals that we tried were very tasty, rich, and served with style. Additionally, the staff in the restaurant made the dining experience even better. All of them were very nice and helpful, and they had patience with our kids, even helping us to entertain them so we could enjoy a few minutes of the meal alone. Literally everyone in the restaurant was great, few names that we remembered are Ilias, Penny, Anastasia. We would definitely consider coming back next summer.

Restaurant, they only allocate a time slot and ask you to leave after 90 minutes. Also, there is a limited option for dinner, toilet to far from Restaurant, one on the beach section and second one at reception, both quite far from Restaurant, 50 to 70 metres away. Half board, only two tipe of fish dishes and one chicken free of charge. ROOM: privet pool total waste of money, size 😒 deep of 90 centimetres.
