Pleasant reception. Comfortable, bright and calm apartment, with high colorful cellars and nice terrace, containing necessary amenities, refrigerator and very large beds. Price reduction for car parking at nearby "Aleksandros"!

The shower was separated only by a curtain from the room. It was a bit awkward at first but we used to it and it’s ok for a short stay. Third bed was tiny, good maybe for a child but for an adult it might be too small.

Parking was big problem. At the booking stage they said there is a car parking area for 15 Euro/day but it was 25 Euro/day. We could not get any support from reception desk. They were not friendly.

Maybe a little bit more quiet rooms, but this is not a problem if you don't do anything online while being in the room.

The room was exceptional because of the mural beside the bed and it was very spacious. It would've been better if there was a little bit more lighting and a curtain in the shower, but these are very minimal suggestions which I am giving. I am very satisfied with the service. The Wi-Fi is great! Very important while in Greece.

It's in a great location. You can reach wherever you want in a short time. Although the building is old, it is in very good condition, we especially liked the ceiling decorations.

The accommodation has only stairs that was a bit difficult with the kids and luggage but again the personnel assisted us. The lack of parking in the area is huge problem if you have a car. Even the nearest parking did not have available seats. Plus they charge 15-20 Euros per day for a car.

the staff were more than friendly and helpful. Always willing to help and cover the needs of the babies we had with us. The rooms were comfortable and meet our expectations. The best thing is that it is within walking distance from the city center and the price was quite reasonable for the days we booked.

Reception ( day and evening shifts ( Kris and John)were friendly and very helpful during our stay, sending us to the best little restaurant in old town and bus stop directions. Bed was comfortable and the room was recently renovated and quiet.

No elevator but the hotel has only two floors so not a big problem if you don't have mobility issues.

Perfectly located hotel building has a classic charm and the staff is friendly. Our room (No 24) had more than enough space. The ceilings are (I think) 3 m high so it gives an extra spaciousness. Bath area was really comfortable compared to standart Greek baths. Our windows were looking out to some rooftops and the vacant lot next to the building, nothing too fancy but it was quiet. We stayed for one saturday night and it's really hard to find a parking place. So if you ever need a paid parking place, don't go to Alexandros Parking (which is the nearest one) but instead choose the one on Episkopou Amvrosiou 6. Alexandros asks 20-25€ on only saturday nights and than the next day they change the price. The other one asks for 14€ instead and still very close to the hotel.

Good value for money. at a central location. Hotel is just off a very busy street yet the allocated room was quiet. Firm comfortable bed and comfortable pillows.. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would stay in it again if ever returning to the city.

There was a terrible smell of cigarettes in one of the room. Although the staff was helpful they did not relocate us to a vacant room and the stench remained for our whole stay.
