This property was just what we needed. Its location was excellent (less than a 5 minute walk from everything we needed) and the host was amazing. He made our experience so wonderful and made sure we had the best time in Mykonos!

It was very noisy in the evening until quite late. We could have done with a map to get to the app.as it was not easy to find as no street signs and no sign in the app. We had rung the owner constantly to give us directions and ask a lot of people to help us find it. Which was stressful. There was a safe but we had to stand on a chair to use it.

A few essential items, like small pot to heat milk for coffee (no microwave oven) and extra blankets, were missing. These were provided upon request. Unfortunately, there was no daily servicing of the apartment, and we ran out of toilet paper by the second day. The shower door didn't seal properly and flooded the bathroom every time someone took a shower. Apartment a bit cramped for more than 2 adults.

Centrally located and within walking distance to bus stop / taxis, restaurants and shops, albeit challenging to find without GPS 😉 Apartment tastefully decorated, clean, and soundproof. Outdoor seating area ideal for having drinks and snacks. Communication with Alex quick and easy, who provided great recommendations for restaurants, bakery, laundry etc.

A little small for a group of 4 people, but everything else makes up for it. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Mykonos.

It is near a restaurant that opens late.

Location is fantastic right in the middle of Chora and suite was modern. Alex was a fantastic host with no issue to big or small to handle. We arrived with no bookings or cars, and within hours Alex had us booked for top restaurants and beach clubs, and cars all organised for three days. Thanks Alex!

Errr nothing really.. there was abit of noise late at night but this didn’t bother us at all. The place was private, secure and just great!

Location, vibe, staff, comfort and cleanliness was 10/10😊 best but was the private and large courtyard we had!!! Smack bang in the middle of everything!

Alex the host was very helpful and very easygoing. He is a man of his word and tried to give us all the assistance we needed in Mykonos. Our Room was more than fine and location-wise you could be more centered in the old town. I would definitely recommend Avli Suite.

A great little apartment in the heart of the old town. Similar to the other reviews, the hosts Alex and his lovely wife make staying at the apartmnet such a good experience. They go over and beyond, ensuring you have everything. (ensuring you find the apartment with ease, restaurents tips, suggestions on getting about Mykonos and much more) I've never experienced such kindness when staying somewhere before and a great way to start our (family of 4) .. 2 weeks travelling around the Greek Islands. (Thanks again, Alex.)

We were truly blown away by our hosts here! They were exceptional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great experience in Mykonos. The apartment itself was lovely and perfectly situated. It was also surprisingly quiet for being so centrally located. Would definitely stay here again in a heart beat - we could not have asked for better!

Gorgeous little place in the heart of old town, yet was completely soundproof inside. Very comfortable beds. Alex the host showed us a delicious little bakery just around the corner called Il forno di Gerasimo which was delicious. Loved the outdoor table in the courtyard!

One of the double beds is on a small mezzanine that is quite difficult for the older person to access. Fine for the young and agile. But we managed OK.

Alex the host could not have been more helpful. He arranged transportation to the airport and the gave us step by step instructions on WhatsApp on how to find and gain access to the property in the complicated maze that is Mykonos Town. On one minor problem we had Alex reacted swiftly to sort it out. The appartment is well equipped with even steam iron and mini ironing board. Location for all amenities including a fabulous artisan bakery is excellent.
