The location was perfect. The cleaning, the room, the garden too! And last but not least, the Family running those little studios... we couldnt expect for more welcoming people. It is difficult to express how carrying and lovely they have been with us... we literally felt home. Thank you to Giannis and his Parents. Amazing people with the biggest hearts. We clearly couldn't expect for a better 16 days stay and for better feelings even if we had humid eyes when it was time to say goodbye, it was part of all of this.... see you soon in Barcelona! 👋

Everything was great. Mr. Giannis was very helpful and friendly. Whole apartment is clean. We stayed few days in Laganas, but enjoyed more this place, because is perfect if you love silence. I can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Cozy little appartement with sea view. Giannis and his parents were lovely hosts, very attentive to detail and resourceful. We came for our honeymoon and there was a sweet card, flowers and champagne in our room when we arrived. The location is away from tourists and quiet which we enjoyed. Free parking at the property is available. The inner court with tables and umbrellas is surround by flowers and is very lovely. We recommend this place :)

Hospitality, kindness, great location. Jannis, the host, has been always available for talking about questions, curiosities or doubts. Moreover, the bed is comfortable and there is a nice patio to stay.

Very silent location not much to do in here but a cosy place. You will need to rent a car, a motorbike in here or travel by taxi.

We have been pleased to stay over here. Giannis is a lovely owner we felt very welcome in here. He gave a bottle of great local wine to us as a welcome drink and he always asked how we feel if we need something.

The staff was very friendly and at any time helpful. The room was spacious, with a big Balkon where you can see the sunset and sunrise with a walking distance from the beach. Everything in the room was very clean, and the staff always asked if we need anything and was always ready to give us instructions on where to go in Zakynthos. I would recommend this place for everyone that wants to stay in a low budget but nice room to stay.

really good value for money and nice location. I rented a scooter so easy to get to Alikanas for a nice restaurant and to get to the south or north of the island for sight seeing. The owners parents were so cute and welcoming. Felt like I was part of the family 🥰

Everything was as expected.

There are no words to describe it. The room was very clean. The view was amazing, nothing to block the sea view. Mr Timotheos & Ms. Neta are the meaning of "Greek Philoxenia", providing everything to feel like home. Location is very calm and ideal for couples and families. Very good value for money option.

I've stayed with my partner and everything was perfect from the moment we've arrived thank also to Giannis that was extremely kind and available with us. He helped me rent a car which is a must in Zakynthos if you want to visit the island. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The location is really quiet and the view from the balcony is beautiful.

We loved to stay here, and we really felt like we were part of the family who hosted us. You will find here beautiful and lovely people, a perfectly clean studio one minute from the sea by foot, and some good restaurants at few minutes. We will surely come back if in Zakynthos again. The only negative thing was: that I've stayed just one week, next time I'll stay at least 10 days. Everything was amazing.

The hosts are super kind! The place is very peaceful and closely located to the beach! You get everything you need - AC, water heater, stove, fridge. I definitely recommend!!
