Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FinlandThe airport shuttle was new and very comfortable, but part of the road from the airport to the hotel was a bit old and narrow. It didn't help that the driver was a bit fast, although he must be doing this trip many times a day. I guess its normal for greek driving.
Airport shuttle was provided at regular intervals, and the hotel is within walking distance of the ferries. Lot's of options to find food nearby.

We used this service agin the next morning to get back to the airport. Excellent service. Hotel is near decent restaurants. I recommend this hotel over the pricey airport hotel option.

The location is very convenient (near the port and the airport). The hotel is clean and luxurious. The staff is very friendly and speaks many languages. The hotel provides a great breakfast and free service to the airport.

United StatesThe shuttle from the airport is convenient, although a little tricky to find the white van in a sea of vans. The room was clean and a great place to stay for my one night. I got a good nights sleep after flying 10 hours. I had a lovely dinner at the quaint port. If you’re taking the ferry or airplane to other islands it’s quite convenient. After checking out, the hotel held my luggage while I shopped. After, shopping I picked my luggage up and their shuttle took me to the airport. They have the best complimentary breakfast buffet, yummy!! I will stay here again if I need to be near the airport or ferry.
