There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. It was really lovely. But I'd just like to warn anyone hiring a car from the airport to be extremely cautious. We had a bad experience, and reading many awful reviews we were not alone!

We stayed at Bali Diamond as a couple with another couple of friends, and we all absolutely loved it. It's a small family run hotel, with super friendly helpful staff, especially Eva at reception, and Chrisoula, who created the magnificent daily breakfast banquets. It's very well located for the airports as well as all the points of interest locally. I recommend this hotel very highly. Immaculately clean, well designed, lovely pools and terraces, with a relaxed yet smart atmosphere.

The spaces of the hotel including rooms, common spaces, pool space, bar lounge, balcony. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Goat ice cream and food in overall was perfect!

Not much not to like Would definitely stay again it’s a little gem

Location is excellent 2mins from beach lots of nice taverns nearby hotel rooms nice and spacious with large balconies and sun beds + umbrella hotel has 2 nice pools

Shame the pool didn’t have a bar area should you sun to have a drink around the pool. However the views from the balconies are so lovely you can sit there

For a 4 star hotel the breakfast was disappointing. The fried eggs are cold, the bread tastes like from yesterday, the juice is sugared syrup with water and if you came after 9am the offerings were not always filled up. The food in the bar is low class fast food and no soap in the guest bath in the cellar. So in the food area max a 2.5 star hotel.

The hotel per se, the rooms, huge terrace, everything in the room you need, closeness to the beach. Friendly personnel.

The location and the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. One of the best hotel stays to date. We'll be back and were sad to leave.

We stayed on two separate nights the lower floor room was perfect the upper floor rooms are roadside and quite noisy with traffic .. it would be quite difficult to navigate if you were unable to climb steps .. parking is roadside

The rooms are modern and very clean .. staff are lovely .. breakfast is a little limited but ok .. many places to eat in the surrounding area and opposite the beach .. surrounded by mountains .. adults only is perfect .. oool is small but totally sufficient

Pool had a great view of the beach. There are designated beach chairs for the hotel guests. Great location between Chania and Heraklion.

There’s a lot of stairs due to the cliff on which it is built. For us that was not a problem at all, but for less mobile people it might be

Perfect location with beach and restaurants literally one meter from the hotel door. Super friendly staff. New breakfast every day with local specialties which were delicious.

Breakfast was horrible, very little choices, food cheap and not tasty. Just a shame for hotel of such high level.

All except breakfast. Two bedroom apartment with two separate bathrooms. Parking is free. Hotel is just on the beach. Receptionist is super-friendly with personal attention. Air conditioning is good, beds are comfortable. Rooms are pretty big. Definitely will come again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel was absolutely perfect, from all the team that always worked with a smile and were always super helpful. The situation of the hotel was so close to the beach you could hear the waves on the beach great breakfast and lovely café bar on the ground floor.
