The breakfast wasn't good enough for this four star hotel, in particular the coffee was awful.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nice location on the seashore. We were upgraded on arrival to a room with a sea view and pool. The rooms are distributed in relatively small buildings, around the pool and garden. A lot of amenities around (markets, restos etc.)

At the bar we couldn't find home made lemonade. The beach in the front of the hotel was quite modest as natural beauty but we found not far (1500 m ) KARAVOSTASI where we went regularly during the day.

Breakfast was very rich and with plenty of local food. The same for the dinner. The personnel was very friendly and flexible on all our demands. Because we left in the last day very early the personnel gave us breakfast boxes. We found in the hotel even a balance for the luggage so we well adjusted the carrying weight. The prices on the beach and in the hotel bar were reasonable.

Bali Star is only a minute from the beach and one of the best pools I’ve ever seen in Europe. The nearby restaurants are fantastic, top quality food that is reasonably priced. Supermarket is only 100 metres away which has everything you need. Make sure you take the little car train to get an idea of the area. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are fantastic and always happy to help with any request.

Our stay at Bali Star Hotel in Crete turned into sincerely magical! From the moment we arrived, we had been greeted with heat hospitality and beautiful sea perspectives. The sea view room with a private pool was a dream come actual. The staff at Bali Star Hotel truly made our stay excellent. Their first rate carrier and real warm made us experience like valued visitors all through our entire go to. They went above and past to make certain all our needs were met, and their friendly smiles brightened our days. One of the highlights of our stay became absolutely the extremely good meals. The restaurant served a delectable array of dishes, each bursting with flavors that delighted our taste buds, a lot of olive oil 😁🫒. What struck me the most become that Bali Star Hotel feels like an underrated gem. It merits to be heard approximately way greater! Most of the dishes started to repeat each other too much after a point. Although there seemed to be variety at breakfast and dinner, it wasn't that much. Another thing was our room selection. We asked for a room with a sea view and we booked it so, but in the end, it could hardly see the sea from a very corner. Instead there was a small communal pool in front of it (not the main one) but it wasn't very clean either. Especially the bottom of the pool looked very dirty. Our priority was to see the sea and this was frankly a disappointment. However, the room itself was quite nicely designed and clean.

They had wonderful and kind staffs. Everyone was working very diligently. They also made a very gracious gesture for our special holiday with my wife. In general most things were very good. I would like to thank every single staffs, especially Dimitris.

it is just over 1 hour from Heraklion a taxi or bus trip! to have almost a secluded private beach and cafes with some of the best food I have ever eaten!

I like everything except the weather. Water in the sea and in the swimming pool was freezy cold in the beginning of May.
