We like everything in that hotel,staff is so friendly,location perfect,amazing view,two pools,,one for adult one for kids ,food is nice,white wine was very good compared to other places 😀 Our son,he is alergic we asked to make special food for him to make separate and the kitchen chef made it so quick that we can't get that in other places in Crete..guests getting nice presents from the hotel on the day you check out ❤️

Really nice stay and location. The guy and girl in the reception were really helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area! Balos Lagoon really close by.

Amazing place to stay! Rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen and fridge in the room but the buffet dinner was really good. Beautiful pool and lounge chairs to relax on. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Considering it was October not much. We thought sand beach, but only rock beach.

As close to famous beach (15 miles) as you can stay. Good room great staff, some things like pool bar shut down for season which was common at other places on October. Neat sheep heard across road. Good food 1 mile away in small village of Balos.

The hotel is on the beach. We arrived at evening, in a windy afternoon, and left in the morning, without having breakfast. The room (4 beds room) was big, clean, cozy, with sea-view, very comfortable beds, a little terrace which we enjoyed, and we also had a little kitchen. The location is best for going to Balos Beach, the road begins right from the hotel parking.

Had to put 2 twins mattresses together for large bed for couple to sleep in (had 2br suite for 2 couples) but we knew this was the case, and we were only staying one night so one of the couples knew in advance that this was the case.

Closest we could stay to wake up early and drive to hike to Balos beach in AM. Hospitable! Breakfast options were great. Wish we could have taken plate back to room.

The beach is not attractive. Ricky and not invjting but the hotel makes up for it.

A real gem. A 3 star hotel with 5 star views, staff, rooms, beds, showers and wonderfully helpful reception. If you want total peace, isolation and relaxation as we did, with absolutely no music or entertainment, this is perfect. We will be back every year.

Lots of hornets infront of our room, small black worms in bathroom.cushions on sunbeds by the pool were not cleaned probably whole season.

Perfect location, nice and clean, good Wi-Fi. Air con didn’t work properly but we didn’t need it anyway. Staff very good. Food ok, for the price is brilliant! Highly recommend

The location and seaside view were amazing, in some nights we could hear the waves. We had breakfast and dinner that was for all tastes, very tasteful. Also the room was cleaned every day.
