Bamboo was really lovely and lived up to all expectations. Sami and his family are lovely the family have a true gem and are exceptional at making you feel welcome. The location was good with the old town only being a 10 minute taxi journey away. The pool area was lovely, the food was really good and Sami and his cocktails were amazing and at very reasonable price for how good they were.

Loved absolutely everything to do with this hotel. It’s run by a family who make you feel like one of them the minute you walk through the door. The room was very spacious and so clean with a lovely big bathroom, air conditioning was great and towels for the sun loungers were given to you and changed every 2 days. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and had a very decent sized fridge. Bed was very big and comfortable. The hotel only has around 16 rooms so if you fancy a more relaxing setting this place is for you. The pool was fantastic with plenty of loungers which were very comfortable. Food menu and cocktails were amazing and reasonably priced, was very fond of the chicken club sandwich. The hotel was in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach and about 10 mins in a taxi to the Rhodes old/new town which would cost you between €10-€13. The staff were so helpful with recommendations for restaurants, renting a car and ordering taxi’s. Nothing was too much and they honestly just wanted you to have a good time. I am already looking into coming back next year as I didn’t want to leave! Thank you for such a lovely holiday Bamboo suites!

I personally prefer a buffet breakfast which is not what you get here. But it’s totally alright. There is few meals in the menu where you can choose one every morning. So if you are fan of this type of breakfast, you are safe :).

Super friendly staff! You can feel that family atmosphere here. Huge plus is a pool where you can chill by. Hotel is realy close to the sea, so it’s really easy to get there.

Fantastic family run hotel, very nice people who looked after us very well. We will definitely return. Particularly liked. Quiet rooms comfy bed, great bathroom. Fantastic to be able to walk out of our room directly to an amazing pool. The double sun loungers were fab.

There was nothing not to like. Decking around the pool could do with a bit of a varnish, but that's about it. Won't stop me going again.

Staff were fantastic. Very friendly. Very helpful. Shout out to Valsamoros, Giorgios, Ellen, Kostas, & Eva. Rooms were a great size and very comfortable. Room tidied and towels changed everyday. Outside each room was a double sun lounger bed and next step you are in the lovely big pool. Never long without nice cooling drink in hand.

Need more coat hangers!!

The hotel is small but very well laid out. Our room was located in the block of four furthest from the main entrance, so no problem with noise, and about 10 metres from the pool. Our room was cleaned daily and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is a family run business and the owners and all staff are absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool is huge and clean, but not deep and we often had it to ourselves. We spent a lot of time at the poolside bar which is run by Valsamos or George (twin brothers), serving premium quality spirits and beers.

Water pressure in de shower is quite low, especially if more people in the hotel are taking a shower, the water pressure drops significantly.

The only thing we didn't like was the walk up to the hotel....its quiet a steep hill with no footpath and a busy road....

The staff are so lovely,friendly and very nice. The room was so big,airy and the bathroom was amazing.....we had a hot tub on our veranda....the room was clean and very comfortable. The sun beds were comfortable and there were double sunbeds....the pool was a very good size and lovely to swim in. The bar is beside the pool. The food was very good.

The family who run the hotel, and all of the staff are wonderful, everyone was so friendly and accommodating, made the place feel like a home away from home. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable and the air con cooled the room down exceptionally quickly. I'm a very light sleeper and found the hotel to be really quiet, so I was able to fully relax and get some good sleep. Our room opened up onto the pool area exactly as pictured, and there were always sunbeds available by the pool which were also very comfortable. The pool is big and didn't ever feel crowded. Super happy with our stay and we'll definitely stay here again if we return to Rhodes.

Nothing bad at all! The only tiny tiny upset was one of external staff members with blonde hair Ellen? was came across pretty rude one night eating there when ordering a wine alongside a burger - not the usual given and I’m all for an upsell on food but being questioned on this choice in a discussed manner and then further mocked for it wasn’t nice and quiet embarrassing!

This is a stunning family run business by the sweetest family! They couldn’t of been more kind and attentive, nothing is too much for staff they won’t even allow you to carry your own drinks from the bar to your lounger - truely lovely people! The mother is the housekeeper and didn’t even want us making our bed in the morning, in her words “you are here to relax!” - such a kind woman. Located a 5 minute walk from the beach, a stone throw from a supermarket and a 5 minute drive to stunning old town. Our room (22) was perfect, only a small hotel which we love and it’s impeccably clean with the best club sandwich and mojito served at the pool bar!

This family run hotel was amazing to stay in. Its located 5 min walk to the beach. It also has a nice pool if you wanna stay and relax for the day. The staff was super friendly, and helped with tips, ordering taxi and anything else we needed. The breakfast is a la carte, and you can choose from several dishes with eggs or yogurt, including dairy free options.

The staff was incredibly friendly and all spoke great English. The pool was amazing, and the hotel had a great menu with a variety of food and drinks which could be enjoyed by the pool and on their terrace. The rooms were big, the beds comfortable, the bathroom was modern, wifi and tv worked great, and the airconditioning cooled the room down very quickly.

Everything! The pool is stunning, the rooms are big and beautiful and the location is perfect. With it being a small hotel, the service was so personal and we got to know everyone who works there. The family who own it are amazing and we’re already planning our next trip to see them! They gave us all the best places to eat, things to do and booked everything for us! They couldn’t have done anything else - they really treated us like their own family which you never get in a bigger hotel or an all inclusive setting. Thank you so much Bamboo! X

Everything! I cannot fault Bamboo Suites!! The location is perfect and right by the beach! The rooms were fabulous, so clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible, they were all so friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived they made us feel so at home. We were always greeted with the nicest smiles and Eva and her brothers were fabulous!! This place is just amazing.

Highly highly recommend. Our stay at Bamboo made our trip so special. All the staff and family were so accommodating and friendly and no request was too much for them. The rooms were so spacious with an outdoor seating area and a private sun bed outside our room looking onto the pool. All the food and drinks were amazing quality and reasonably priced. The location was great only a 4/5 minute walk down a straight road to a beach with restaurants, beach clubs and sun beds etc. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you everyone at Bamboo!
