How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The rooms are fantastic, decorated with style and attention to the detail. The location is perfect and the breakfast was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating staff - we had a wonderful stay!

Unfortunately the room had only two roof windows. So not ideal for claustrophobics. A closer look at the photos before the reservation is needed if you want to avoid it.

Nothing, everything was just perfect.
Beautiful hotel, clean room, excellent breakfast, convenient location and very polite and accommodating staff. I highly recommend this hotel. We even had the dry cleaning service pick up our laundry to dry clean.

The AC flows directly on the bed, it cannot be stay switched on meanwhile sleeping (unless falling sick). Opening the windows is a solution, but early in the morning there is lot of noise from the street. The third bed is almost useless.
The hotel has been renovated recently with a nice style. Shower is pretty big, but the rest was tiny. Location and hotel decorations are great.

We thought the shower cabin should have been enclosed to prevent those mini bathroom floods :).
Aesthetics, hotel arrangement and room layout, very nice mattress, amazing staff. Central location.

Everything about this place was more than we expected. Beautiful ,clean, luxurious room and building. Staff very friendly and attentive. Location was great. Walking distance to all..Would not think of staying anywhere else when visiting Nafpakto.

Parking is not easy at all and room was small.
Breakfast was great, convenient location only 4min. walk to city center where shops, cafes and bars are. Also, the room was sparkling clean!!

The pull out third bed was hard. You couldn't serve yourself breakfast, you had to have the service lady serve what you wanted so you didn't feel like you were free to eat what you wanted in the morning. I know they probably do this for covid so that 100 hands do not touch the utensils, but this is easily remedied with a hand sanitizer by the food.
Great location, nice breakfast, updated rooms, beautiful building. The staff were very helpful. The building has been cleverly remodeled to accommodate a neat elevator and latest features in each room. Good wifi. Everything in Nafpaktos is five minutes walk.

It is directly at the Main Street that goes through town, the windows keep out most of the noise but not all.
Beautiful small hotel with great service. In walking distance to explore the city and harbour. Warm and welcoming staff!

Can't thing of a single thing. Our stay was effortless and refreshing.
This place is beautifully new and is clearly run by people who understand what customer service means. The attention to detail is significant, and makes for a very pleasant stay. It is clearly a boutique hotel that distinguishes itself with a wonderful, modern feel. The rooms were a bit on the small side, especially the bathroom, but not out of alignment with European standards. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was spectacular with lots of options and consistent attention from the wait staff. In short, we LOVED this place and would certainly return to it if our travels take us in that direction again. One somewhat quirky thing is that the hotel front desk closes at midnight, so it may take longer to get service if you come in after hours. Probably not a major issue, though. BTW, one challenge with staying at ANY hotel in this city is finding a parking spot nearby. We were fortunate to find a couple of spaces, but it is clear that parking is at a premium in Nafpaktos. The traffic is also quite significant at times, making it a bit difficult to navigate the inner city streets.

Breakfast was good, but they didn't told us that if you order more than one coffee it will be charged.
The hotel was great , the location is amazing. Close to the sea and the center. The rooms are little small but very clean and comfortable.

It is quite noisy from the street noise, and the curtains don't block out all the light so bring an eye mask and earplugs and you'll be fine :)
Absolutely gorgeous rooms, the beds were the most comfortable and luxurious beds I have ever slept in. The buffet breakfast was really good. The bathroom had a clothesline and a hot air system to dry your clothes if needed. We parked very easily on a side road, just pay attention to the one way signs. It is very well located within Nafpaktos.

No parking nearby which might be an issue if you are traveling with a car.
Very comfortable and well equipped room - they really think of each small details and the design was very nice. The kids loved the upper-floor bed. Breakfast was also good and the location is great. Highly recommended

The hotel has been very stylishly renovated. Only a short stroll to the old harbour. Excellent staff. Only there one night as we were travelling around the mainland but would happily stay there again.
