The hotel behind the building played very loud music until the early hours of the morning and as the building is on the main road we were disturbed all night by people walking home from their night out! Would be fine if you’re out partying but reconsider if you want something more peaceful.

The view from the room is the highlight of the property. We just chilled on the balcony with wine the night we stayed and it was a perfect view for sunset. A short 10 minute walk from the centre of Mykonos and the bus station. The apartment is spacious and feels very new and clean. There was lots of storage space for clothes and luggage. It’s beautifully decorated and the bed was comfy. We also hugely appreciated the complimentary collection and drop off service from the airport/port. Ideal for a short stay in Mykonos so you can see the town and get in and away fast.

The room is just like what the photos presents. And the location is the best. Easily walking distance to the town. If you carry a big luggage, you can reach the hotel easily via taxi or car. Special thanks to the owner. He helped me when I suddenly found I lost my passport. This is a warm and relaxing hotel.

Found a few insects in the room. The walk to the town is along a road with no footpath, and drivers aren't very considerate to those walking.

Great view. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Housekeepers always left it very tidy. Walking distance to town.

Unfortunately there is no possibility of having breakfast .itis a very small hotel, there is only one machine to make coffee in the room .I suggest bringing a torch because the road to the city is not lit and there is no sidewalk.in any case good location.we would like to stay more time.maybe next year...

Beautiful location, very spacious room with three windows and a balcony with a wonderful view in front of the sea , the furniture new and fashionable, bathroom quite large with everything you needed. The staff were very kind and helpful. They came to pick us up at the port and accompanied us for free to the airport. very close to the city but in a quiet residential area facing the beach

Room was super cosy, little terrasse with beautiful sunset view. The establishment is renting bike and quad down the rooms, with a cheeky discount for whoever rent rooms which is super nice ! There is also a mini market with is open late. The placement of the hotel is perfect as 5min walk for little Venice (center of Mykonos) and perfect as we rented a quad and could go anywhere on the isle. The staff was brilliant and can’t describe enough how nice everyone was with us. They also came to pick us up and dropped us at the airport, wish us a complementary service and that was the cherry on top. No stress on booking taxis or anything. I really recommend this establishment !

The road noise can be a bit loud, but with the windows closed at night it’s not a huge issue.

The room was clean and had great views of the water. The property is a short walk to town and has a mini mart downstairs which is nice. The staff is lovely, family run. The airport pickup is a plus

Everything! Perfect location. Close to town , close to the beach. On the road but with doors closed there was no noice and we slept so well! The sunset view from the deck is priceless!!! There was a fridge for cold drinks and fruit and salad. The shop downstairs had a wide array of things for travelling-From sand toys , fresh fruit to alcohol. They also provide pick up and drop off at no charge and that is a big money saver… we know as this is the third island we have been to and everyone charges! Great deal! Marika and everyone there were kind and courteous! We will be back:)

The back section of the hotel, where you need to walk to access the rooms had this really unpleasant smell of sewage. Thankfully once we were in the room the smell disappeared.

The room was really spacious and comfortable, the photos surprisingly made it look smaller than what it was so that was a pleasant surprise. The balcony was a good size and despite being located right on a busy road, it wasn’t noisy ones the balcony doors were shut.. but I personally wouldn’t have been able to sleep with any windows or doors open. The owners also run a mini market under the hotel so super convenient to pop down and get anything we needed.

Such a wonderful accomodation right across the road from the beach and just a few minutes walk to the city centre! The view is amazing and the rooms are beautifully furnished, spacious and airy. Our hosts could not have been kinder! Our flight was delayed and we arrived in Mykonos well after midnight, but they have arranged for complimentary transfer to the accomodation despite the late hour and the unexpected delay and, upon our departure, transfer to the ferry for the next leg of our trip. We simply had a lovely stay!

Everything. Location, amazing sea view, bathroom with super nice soft toilet paper, room white and clean with balcony to enjoy nice time. Design of the room was very unique and good. Downstairs is a small shop where you can buy almost everything you need and it runs until after midnight, so it’s very convenient. Pick up from airport. And amazing hospitality. Thank you very much.

I had an amazing stay at the Bay view Residence in Mykonos! The location was perfect, providing easy access to all the attractions and beaches. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautifully designed and cozy, with a lovely view. My only suggestion would be to add a full-size mirror to the room for convenience. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic ambiance and prime location.

Had the most perfect stay at Bay View Residence. The location to town was only a 5 minute walk. The rooms were quiet at night despite all the road traffic. They have recently added extra shades to keep the light out in the mornings. My stay was made very easy as there is a mini market downstairs that is open past midnight each day plus also ATV hire attached. The staff were super friendly. Such a beautiful stay at a family run business. I will definitely be back!

No breakfast opportunity on the premise, but a lot of alternatives at 3-4 min walking distance.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the sea side, but outside of the most crowded areas. Just 5-6 min walking to the windmills. Wonderful sunsets right from the balcony, maybe better than in Little Venice :). Huge private and free parking, just for 4 rooms. The staff was very careful and kind, ready to help in any moment.
