Excellent location right on the coast. we woke up to the sound of the waves. The apartment has everything you need, and the Alexander is very responsive and hospitable, we found nice gifts in the refrigerator and on the table. highly recommend, it was a fantastic holiday

The forniture needs to be updated, and the bath was pretty small and old. Please consider that our apartment was at the third floor which can be trick if you have special needs. Overall however I reccomed this flat.

The apartment has an amazing view to the sea, and you can sleep with the sound of waves. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Free parking is available and restaurant or bars are just downstairs.

The property claims to comfortably sleep 5-6 but there is only one bedroom and just a big living room with two beds and a sofa bed in it. While this was not a problem for us, other groups may find this an issue.

Beach House is fantastically located, right on the seafront with 180 degree views of the sea. It is right next to a lovely traditional restaurant called The Cellar and is a 30 second walk from a quiet and pretty beach.

Alexandros was great. Although we never met, all information we shared through Whats up. We could even accomodate earlier, beach was nice , under balcony, everything very close including restorants, market... Beautiful view from balcony. Everything was perfect, clean , comfortable. I hope we come there once again.

The perfect accommodation. The studio is located right on the beach. If you love the sea, you must stay here 🙂. The studio has 2 balconies, one with a sea view, the other with a mountain view. Clean, well-kept, nothing is missing. The owner is a special person, he brought us vegetables and fruits from his own garden and made sure we felt at home. thank you very much for everything!

The location was great and the view from the balcony was stunning. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Alex the host was very welcoming and kind and it was lovely to have the welcome pack of goodies especially his own organic tomatoes! A great place to stay for a few days.

The apartment is comfortable and spacious, providing everything you need in the kitchen and a stunning view of the ocean from a big balcony. Restaurants and bars are very close, but quiet and never disturbing. Our host Alex surprised us with a very nice welcome gift in the fridge, he is a very kind and generous host! Great property overall! it was very close to a lot of restaurants and bars, the view from the balcony was top notch, it definitely made the stay so enjoyable. It’s a nice area of Kissamos, very chilled and relaxing!

The location of the Beach House Apartment is PERFECT !!! We had the best sea view from the terrace. The apartment is spacious, the bedroom has a large comfortable bed and the kitchen is fully equipped. The host is very friendly and gave us fruits, vegetables and olive oil from his own organic production. We were greeted with local wine and beers.

The place was amazing and the host was super kind and helpful! He left us some fruits from his own garden and some local wine, and the kitchen also had olive oil and basic spices to use. The kitchen was well equipped to make a good meal (stove, pans, utensils, sandwich grill, coffee machine, microwave, etc.) and there was a washing machine. The view is incredible! There is plenty of space to read a book or get some work done while watching the sea! There was also a big parking lot with lots of free spaces and the nearby beach (just a short walk) has a lifeguard and is nice to swim at. We will come again sometime!
