Quiet place. Great parking. Everything available in the area. Lovingly and tastefully furnished rooms with a view of the sea. The bed is comfortable. Cleaning daily. Just a dream.

Everything! Wish we stayed longer!! Piggi is the most beautiful human & host who went out of her to make us feel welcome and at home. She truly went above & beyond for us and cares so much about the experience her guests get. Perfect location right next to a small beach that is perfect for an authentic experience on the island. 100% would recommend and will be back!

Even though we are really satisfied with our stay, there are some points to be aware of: - As we arrived, the owner was not there herself and we first had to find someone who gave us the keys and showed us the apartment. Although she explained that she couldn’t be there because she has other two jobs at this time of the year, it was kind of a weird start of our stay. - The bathroom was really small, especially the shower. It also had a weird smell and it was not possible to open the window. - The equipment of the kitchen was a bit scarce (although the basics were there)

The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two small balconies. It’s not far from the beach and basically everything on the island was at max. 50 minutes distance(by car). Also, it was very clean and it was nice that the apartment was cleaned every day.

Even though the location is brilliant, it is at least a 15 minute drive from tourist attractions such as nice beaches, zakynthos town and the viewpoints to the west and south of the island. So, to fully enjoy your stay its best to rent/hire a mode of transport

The location is brilliant, right beside the sea for a quick swim. Has 3 local restaurants, 2 bars/cafes and a supermarket. The property offers exactly the things you need for your guests with daily housekeeping. Mimika (the housekeeper) and her husband are really friendly. They told us about a restaurant in Tsilivi called Athena which serves beautiful traditional greek cuisine and they go out of their way to help you. Pigi was an amazing host, super helpful for any questions we had and would respond promptly. She has alot of connections so most activities she recomended in her ‘Zante guide book’ we got discounts for

Mosquitos, but there is a Baldachin for the beds for mitigation.

This appartement is really great as 1) the host is very nice, we got invited to a punch. 2) The rooms are very clean and provide enough space and view to the sea. Baldachin over the beds prevent possible mosquitos from attacking. 3) Silent environment, only the gentle sound of the sea can be heard in the nights. 4) Its very cost-effective and there is a good fish restaurant is in just 5min walking distance.

It’s an incredible accommodation! I was shocked by the extremely low price and high quality! The bedroom is just as described, has an amazing view of the sea and nature, and it’s very well equipped and very comfortable to live in. There are all kinds of facilities and necessary supplies, the landlord and all the crew members are really friendly and helpful.

The worst thing from this apartment is the showering area that is just a space near the toilet with a drain and a shower. After bath we always got a flood in the bathroom. Besides from that, every night we had to came up with a strategy to secure the net between the bed and the wall, it would've been great to have something to attach it to.

Really nice host that was waiting for us despite checking-in at 11PM. She introduced us to the apartment and gave us a document which had her personal phone number to call whenever needed, information about the island and some personal recommendations and discounts. The room was very beautiful with 2 nice balconies from which was possible to see the sea. The bed is comfortable and has a net to protect from bugs at night. The outdoor space is pleasant to be on and has parking spots. Its located in a nice area, from which is possible to visit the whole island since it is located near its center. (PS: If you are going to rent a quad, try to not use it during the night since that the island itself is not well illuminated and it can be dangerous)

Everything. The room was big, clean and decorated so nice. It had everything you needed,and a kitchen with coffee,tea,sugar,electric kettle,flint,pots,plates,etc. Our room had a super nice view of the yard and the sea. Bed was huge. The yard has a lot of plants,places to sit and cats! Pigi, the owner was super nice and she made a booklet to help the guests with all the necessary info ( taxi,tours,car,rentals,food places). ( You self checkin by calling her number on the front gate) There's a market ( with everything you could possibly need)a gas station,a bakery and multiple places to eat around. Closest taverna is a few steps away. There's Psarou beach,20 mins away on foot. Very nice beach This place was perfect for us.

Puerto Roulis Fish Tavern is just a short stroll from the apartment. It is located by a beautiful beach. This charming restaurant became increasingly my favorite spot for dining. The people working there are true exemplars of Greek hospitality!

There is no shower box, only a curtain. So when you take a shower, the water usually goes all over the bathroom. Other than this, every thing is great.
