We had problem with air conditioning in our first room, so after they tried to fix it for a few days and failed, they offered us to change a room. Second room was also big but not as good as the first one. But AC worked there, and we decided to stay in that room.

We liked our first room, it was big, it had 2 toilets/showers. large balcony with great view. We had to change a room in the middle of our stay, and second room wasnt as good. Breakfasts was great, we especially liked breakfast in the room. Room has washer machine which is great and convinient if you stay for long. Personal is great. We liked uour stay in Rhodes and we will come back for sure and will definately consider staying in this hotel.

Nope. Nothing to write here. Maybe a tip that the excellent dinner is cooked to order, and needs to be chosen 24h in advance. It's well worth eating in at least once :-)

It's not just the excellent beach location. Or the great rooms with spectacular views. It's the team who look after you so well that really make this a special place to stay.

Wonderful hotel and lovely staff. We were very satisfied. The service and attention is of a high standard. It is a pity that we initially had incomplete information about the possibility of ordering dinner. In any case, we'll fix this error next time. Especially warm thanks to Nikos, who was very helpful and made us feel welcomed😊

There isnt much common areas, bar is small but ok. Also penthouse pool was closed but due to covid restrictions. Its not a hotel in that you wont get entertainment so if thats what you want you should stay in a big hotel. Its luxury suites. Beach isnt the best, small and stony but sea is warm and some waves for the kids. However 100m at the end of the road is another beach so no problem.

Luxury, quiet, very friendly, very clean, excellent breakfast, great location. Fantastic room, fresh comfortable begs and pillows. If you are thinking of staying here just do it, you will be the envy of all people staying in the big food hall hotels around. People were stopping outside and taking pics of our place, as its very attractive and luxury.

Always very clean, plenty of social distancing measures, through disinfection of the rooms and all other facilities. The staff is very friendly. Our suite had a great sea view and the breakfast was excellent.

The Property knew I was arriving with my French Bulldog ,- and Name themselves PET FRIENDLY Upon arriving I was asked to Pay extra € 75 Pet fee for 3 Days Plus € 200 refundable for any damages that migth occur ,- that was not nice ( should have been informed beforehand)but OK Then I was presented with 2 Large Pages written on Machine I was NOT allowed to use Resturant with my Dog I was NOT allowed to use the Swimming Pool with my Dog I was NOT allowed to leave my Dog alone in my Suite The List went on & on IF I did NOT comply with EVERYTHING I would be thrown out of my Suite with NO Refund I asked for my Money back having paid in advance it clearly was not going to be a pleaser Stay For that I was paying 230 € a Nigth ( Plus Booking . com was adding Funds aswell To put it in perspective Hotels are very INEXPENSIVE in Rhodos it is a cheap Island Most around 50- 80 € a Day A 5 Star also pet Friendly on the Beach charged 140 € per Nigth As they clearly had NO intention to refund me I agreed to Iuse a small Poll they had on the 6 th Floor ( Little did I know at the time it was INDOOR Pool I was NOT happy to say the least ) And was basically forced to sign the endless Contract as it was continually waved at me This should Not be allowed to cal themselves a Pet friendly Hotel They did offer my a Pet basket for my Dog ,- only for a Toy Dog( that is probably what they call Pet Friendly whom cares ,- I off course bring my own things for my Dog The whole issue totally ruined my stay Rhodes

Do not STAY here. Were there for our wedding ceremony. We booked one of the largest rooms for the bride. The manager did not let her mother to the hotel room for the preparation for only 30mins. 0 human being and understanding. The hotel owner should change the manager. Never stay there again!

Best thing about this property are the lovely staff. Nikos and manager Katerina were great. Thank you for the lovely cake you guys organised for my husband’s birthday- it was really yummy.Location was great and having option to have our breakfast in the balcony was very convenient. Also the view from balcony is amazing.

the beach was too windy to lie on. the pillows were too large and firm which made sleeping uncomfortable. there is no complimentary iron in the apartment rooms. the wind was very noisy at night.

hotel was very small and quiet which meant it felt like a boutique stay rather than a large hotel. staff were amazing!
