Wow, this apartment was exceptional 👌 Very friendly staff and always ready to help. Sweets, cookies and others including a bit of alcohol for a very warm welcome 😏 size of the apartment, spacious balcony, all clean and tidy, it was a perfect stay. The private car park, swimming pool and leisure area was grand. On the checkout day even in the evening we could take a shower in a leisure area bathroom, that kept us fresh for the long flight 😁

Probably the classiest hotel I have ever stayed in Greece. Room was spacious, well equipped, clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and served in the room (ordered the day before). Pool area was lovely too.

Don't be put off that the place is on a road behind one of the town supermarkets. At first we thought that was a bit disappointing but it's actually a great location in the town centre, close to bars, restaurants and beach.

A lovely, modern and spotlessly clean small block of apartments. Interiors were spacious with big bathrooms. We didn't use the spa but were told the sauna and jacuzzi were complimentary. The pool area and garden were attractive, good-sized, and quiet when we were there. Breakfast was served on our balcony - a lovely, generous selection. Great value for money. Very helpful staff and lots of free snacks - sweets, juice and raki. Would recommend.

It’s hard to point out any dislikes. Perhaps we were lucky that this property was available within so short notice, as I wanted to check the free rooms for our next holidays, but it was already reserved. Nice places are always busy!

It was the perfect stay already from the beginning - the property confirmed our booking and replied quickly, we felt very welcomed and well served during all days. Breakfast was served personally to our rooms and we could modify it each time. Quiet days and nights to fully enjoy your vacation. No such crowded pool like usually in famous hotels.

This is an amazing place, with extraordinary staff, great service, exceptional room and balcony! We enjoyed every minute of it! The breakfast was exceptional and very varied. Thank you to Evghenia for all her attention and kindness and preparing it for us every day! We could not ask for more. A big thank you also to all the staff at the reception Zoe, Manolis and their other colleague - everyone was extremely professional, went out of their way to help and always there with a smile. Excellent customer service! Excellent cleaning service too! This was by far one of the best experiences we had during our trips in Crete over the years. Plakias is extremely beautiful and this place made it even more so. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you to all!

The environment is a little bit shabby, although position is very good and you have easy access to all beaches and restaurants. SPA is very small, not really a SPA, but it’s a plus.

Excellent structures with prime standard services like an excellent in-room breakfast. New and clean, easy parking and nice little pool. Staff is extremely supportive and nice, would definitely recommend it.
