This is a well run hotel and every aspect is to a high standard. Staff are it's greatest asset with their natural friendliness. Food is more than good in terms of choice, price, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The only minor thing is that, while our room was described as having a pool view (and you could see part of the pool from the very small balcony), the dominant view was the concrete side wall of the next building, which was a few metres away immediately in front of us. Solution - we didn't use the balcony.

Large comfortable room, excellent breakfast, perfect location and good price. It was important for us to have access to a swimming pool and the pool area was excellent (pool towels supplied by the hotel). The key thing - which isn't immediately obvious - is that, despite, the surrounding buildings, the pool gets sun all day.

Good facilities, rich breakfast, very clean and excellent location! Very near all restaurants and bus terminals. 5 minutes walk to sea, 10 min walk to old town.

Sauna and hot tub were not operating at the time of our stay. It would be nice to have more fresh greens available at breakfast such as arugula or spinach - they only had lettuce. We reserved a queen size bed but the room had two twin beds, which was fortunately quickly remedied by the staff to move us immediately to a different room within minutes. Shower does not have a device to hold the soap and other items so we had to place them in paper cups.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was great for shopping, dining, proximity to old town and historic sites, walking distance to nice beach and central bus station. Pool was clean.

I booked big double bed, the room was two beds. Was a deception when I saw the room, I didn’t have time to discuss and change the room, my book was clear. My comment is here now

We asked for early check in and breakfast on the morning of arrival as we were arriving at 6.30 am. Bad weather meant our ferry was delayed and we arrived at about 10.30 am, the room was not ready! This also meant we did not have breakfast. We were checking out at 4.45 the next morning also too early for breakfast but we were charged the B&B rate. That said we will still use this hotel.

Convenient location. A room at the back is quieter.

Other guests who smoked, but this is a general complaint for all of Greece.

The staff were so friendly, hotel rooms & restaurant very clean, awsome location to walk to the old town, port for ferries and Elli beach. The pool is very large & as we were there in November not too busy but still warm enough to swim a little & relax on sun lounges. Probably the best buffet breakfast we have ever had also & always staff to keep things stocked and cleaned away (however this maybe exceptionally good as it wasn’t July or august)
