Be aware that because of the proximity to the airport you will hear the noise of airplanes flying over. It didn’t bother us though.

The distance to the center of Athens, but we managed with Athens tickets. We bought 5days tickets that worked everywhere and with everything within Athens (we didn't take airport express buses, those + metro airport routes are expensive, that I've heard). You better buy the tickets at the metro station at the airport, as we couldn't buy them anywhere close to the property (we tried at the markets and so on). The closest bus station to the property is at 5 min distance, near a bakery and market. We took 304/305 to the closest metro station, then switched to metro. This website was very helpful: https://www.athenstransport.com/english/tickets/ Also, you might need Uber installed, just in case.

Everything was perfect. Betty was great also, very helpful and friendly. We also found breakfast food and drinks for the whole stay. Amazing. We'll miss this place. It was the best choice, despite the distance to Athens. It is better for people that prefer a quiet area for sure.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more for our stay. The host arranged airport transfers for us we were able to relax and got to the airport to catch our very early morning flight.

Exceptional apartment located in a residential area. Host had an extraordinary assortment of breakfast items available for us. We were met, shown apartment and handed the keys. Host was very accommodating. Great location to airport for early flight departure.

Absolutely nothing could have been better!

Everything! Betty is the PERFECT hostess and a fantastic apartment that felt like home! She greeted us upon our arrival with a huge smile and a big heart! She arranged transportation to and from the airport, showed us everything at the apartment, and arranged dinner reservations at an incredible restaurant! She is, by far, one of the best hosts we have every had!!!

Recommend getting a hire car if planning a longer stay, as the beach is too far to walk to in heat. The 10minute walk to good market and fabulous bakery is also a little far in the heat if you have to haul bags back.

Spotless apartment, good wifi. Comfortable beds and marvellous aircon! Betty left a tray of sandwiches in the fridge for us, as we were arriving around lunchtime. Water, milk, tea/coffee, cereal, etc was all available on hand. Very pleasant surprise. My SIL accidentally broke the coffee jug, and Betty was very understanding - we did pay to replace it but there was no fuss, despite the inconvenience to her. Also, Betty contacted her friend in the Taverna on the Beach to make us a reservation for Saturday night AND to arrange a free pickup and return! Large taverna, waves lapping close by, plenty of staff and food excellent. Lovely complimentary desert. Excellent stopping point before flight home Sunday.

There wasn't anything to not like about the place. Betty and the premises served our needs very well. We'd stay there again!

Betty was awesome! From beginning to end, she was so kind and generous. She seemed to genuinely care about our stay. She arranged for our transfers from the Port of Piraeus to the apartment, and then from the apartment to the airport. Both drivers were prompt and professional. The one that picked us up at the port, in particular, was so kind. He waited for us at the port when our ferry from Mykonos was delayed by about 45 minutes! Betty also shared a recommended restaurant with authentic Greek fare. We were so tired when we arrived we could not take advantage of the lead, but appreciated knowing about it and the fact that the restaurant offered free transportation to and from the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and allowed our family of four to spread out a bit after travelling in close quarters. We particularly appreciated the breakfast items Betty had for us - the provided the sustenance we needed while coming and going.

Betty is such a wonderful person. She waited for us even though our plane was delayed and we were really late at the apartament. It was a very short trip from the AirPort, we also liked our rooms and the equipment at the place. We had more that needed.

Betty, our host, was very attentive and gave us god advice. She arranged our transport from and to the airport. It was clean and we even given nice juicy fruits.
