If I really have to mention one thing it would be the wristband (to show you’re a hotel guest).

Everything was amazing, the room was super spacious and clean. The staff were so nice!! Also although it’s all-inclusive, the quality of the food was so good and there was more than enough variation! We normally don’t go to a destination twice, but this hotel really makes us want to come to zakynthos again!

The pool was cold 🥶 in early may. It was so quiet. Even though the hotel was full. So if you want a very quiet place, this is for you.

Really nice venue. Nice staff. Well maintained property. Good food. I liked the rooms and the snackbar was great! Lots of options to eat. Short wait for drinks.

The hotel is adult focused. Meaning they really try to limit children. Nothing wrong with that, we expected it going into it. Just if you have small kids, and a family of four you will have to book two rooms. It's a rule they keep to no matter what. so the pool area is pretty quiet for the most of the time. So people with small kids just be warned.

Nice well maintained facilities. Clean rooms. Food was pretty good for all inclusive. Snackbar and drinks decent. Close to beach. This is a very popular resort. Early may and it was very full.

Not so many younger people. Mostly oldery from England.No direct access to the beach. Some barmas were not eager to give us a botle of drinking water there were saying is not included. Thata was really weird and sometimes a bit frustrating. I couldn't ask about the glass but not a botle.

The staff is super kind. The idea of a room with an open bathroom is interesting. Quite big chocie of food for breakfast and dinner it was tasty. Kind barmans, especially Kostas and the guy at the poll bar. There were no problems at all with them. They were doing strong drinks😄.

The room was clean and we also had service every day. Really loved the food at the Hotel's restaurant. The staff was helpful and friendly. Big plus for free Wi-Fi, separate for each room.

Drinks were awful, sorry to say that… You could not drink the coffee, it was insant coffee from the machines but very diluted (It was stronger at the pool bar but that opened at 10h30 and it was instant coffee as well). My heart jumped for joy when I saw they had filtered coffee but when I poured a cup it looked like a light tea 🥹 I asked the staff and they pretented not too understand what the issue was, to them it was normal that the coffee was as light as tea. Cappuccino had white floating things is it, it was disgusting. I did not say anything as I already had the filtered coffee experience when they dismissed me. Worst, the water tasted awful, we went outside the hotel to buy bottled water. Wine was bad as well, very low quality, but the beer, although light, tasted good. I would suggest for the hotel to invest in a better drinks package, ask more but don’t serve that low quality, it just ruins all the other efforts you make and it’s a shame.

The design and the facilities were great. Also, it was impeccably clean. Food was tasty and they had a diversified menu. Personnel was very attentive (we celebrated a birthday and we found a bottle of wine and a plate of fruits and cupcakes in the room without requesting them). We had 1l of bottled water in the refrigirator upon checking in, which we appreciated. Overall a very good stay, the negative low quality drinks aspect did not bother is as much as we paid for better drinks outside of the hotel.

We had a room with a private pool and it just made the holiday. The rooms were a great size and very clean. The food was lovely too. I could not fault the hotel at all. It was my daughters birthday while we were there and they gave her a lovely note and some cupcakes. I would go back to Zante just to stay at this hotel!

Everything, this hotel is just amazing. The staff, the food, the rooms. If you are looking for a bit of perfection, then this is the hotel to stay at. My children and I stayed at 3 different hotels while we were in zante, and this was the best by far!

The worst part was the cleaning staff, not because the room wasn’t clean (they left the room very very clean, amazing!) but I didn’t like the fact that they don’t respect the “don’t disturb” signs. For 2 days in a row, I used the device the hotel provides to let them know if they can clean your room - system based on green / red light - and I additionally put the signal for not disturb on the door, and the cleaning staff still knock on the door! If we didn’t respond, they will ask the reception staff to call the room! I received 2 calls in the morning from the reception to my room phone saying that they wanted to clean, I was asleep and the sign was at the door so this for me was not acceptable. We are in holidays to rest and I’m not obliged to leave my room at 9am everyday!

Really good hotel, the rooms are very tidy and modern, really up to the photos! The staff is amazing, specially Kostas from the bar! The pool has a large number of sunbeds.

A beautiful modern hotel. The rooms very spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Every single member of staff we spoke to went over and above to be welcoming and add a personal touch. The pool was beautiful. The short transfer was a bonus. If your budget stretches to a suite with price pool then this is a must. The snack bar was made to order so always lovely fresh and warm and the buffet had plenty of choice. A 10 minute walk to the beach

The staff were amazing in this hotel. Cleanliness was top notch 🫶 The pool area was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. The room was spacious for two people and the bed was really comfortable. We liked the food and the variety of it. The all inclusive drinks were okay for the price we paid. The hotel was close to everything in Kalamaki. Have to highlight the staff. All of them were welcoming, courteous and made us feel special. Thank you for making our holiday memorable ❤️

Everything was perfect. The staff were so welcoming and kind, the food was super tasty every day, the room was large and comfortable. There was literally nothing to complain about. I'd go back in a heartbeat and can't recommend it enough to everyone.

Couldn't of asked for more. We had the swim up pool room and it was perfect! The Staff were all amazing. Plenty of choices for vegetarians.

Covid restrictions were "in place" but guests were not wearing masks and clearly ill / coughing during meal times. Tables were less than 2m apart. We tested positive the day we returned. Swimming pool unheated.

Nice atmosphere and great room close to the beach. Family friendly.

Everything was fantastic!

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and everyone made our holiday great. Location was brilliant! Very clean, EXCELLENT FOOD and inparticular the barmen made our holiday complete!!! We couldnt recommend this place enough!
