Wi-Fi was not good. Although the toilet was clean, there was an unpleasant smell from the drain.

internet was not working well, sometimes you coud used it even at the beach, sometimes it was not working in the room. some apartments have terraces that are almost without privacy and since we "shared" ours with large and loud family we did not like it...

The Black Rose is located 30 meters from the beach, right next to famous bakery. We had room for 4 people, well decorated and clean, with kitchen somewhat separated from the rest of the room. we liked it very much. Kitchen is well equiped, and the toilet is large for greek standards.

Super clean and comfortable apartment, perfect for our family( 2 adults and 2 children). You couldn't find a better location, close to the sea, supermarket and bakery. Thanks to the host who welcomed us with a small gift, it was appreciated.

Friendly hosts, very good location next to the beach, to supermarket, to bakery. Close to a large parking so it is not a problem if you don't find a parking spot on the street. Room was very clean on arrival and it was cleaned every two days.

It was too hot in the room. Had higer temperature than outside and it was on North side. Also room was too small (at least the one we were in), which we qre not used to when going to studio. We were with a toddler and didnt even had space to keep everything, so we kept it on the balkony or in bags.

The owner, Fani, was great person. Welcomed us warmly and when we went away, gave us little gift to remeber them by. Location is awesome, right on the beach with good distance to the Sarti center. (Around 10 mins walk). Room was super clean, beds comfortable, everything was rfunctioning properly.

(This was my 8th vacation in Greece and this apartment was the cleanest and friendliest I have ever tried, in this category.) It was a very comfortable accomodation very close to the sea. The host, Fani is a very nice and friedly person. There is a pleasent smell in the whole building. The apartment was very clean, they changed the towels and the bedclothes twice during the 7 days. They have professional cleaning machines, and they are very profound during cleaning. The place has a very nice athmosphere, where you can feel you at home.

The air-conditioning didn't work, there was a small incident with the bathroom siphon, it flooded, but they solved it quickly.

We liked that the apartment is right next to the beach, near the center, it's clean, renovated, big balcony, the owners are very nice, when we were leaving they gave us small gift. Right in front there is a bakery. The pillows are not that comfortable.

The apartment is very nice, clean and moreover, with the great location. It is very suitable for the holiday in Sarti, since it is located only a few steps from the beach, and also all other streets with the restaurants, shops, and bars are very nearly to the apartment. Apartment includes all needed facilities, and it is very frequently cleaned. This apartment is really very amazing, and I very recommended it for each other during their staying in the Sarti.

It was like hotel experience with everything you need. The location is the best, the view, the room, everything was beautiful. The location is about 35 m from the beach, the room is very clean, spacious enough, equipped with everything necessary. Fani is a very kind host, concerned about the comfort of his guests. There are taverns and shops nearby. We spent a very pleasant week of vacation in Sarti.

The fridge is on the same circuit as the room and it shuts down when you go out. It's kind of annoying.

Very close to the beach. The personal is very nice and the room is nicely equipped. Great hotel will gladly recommend.
