Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SwedenI would like to start with the most important improvements I would like to recommend. Atm I would recommend staying one night for the experience but not to many days. Either move the bubble tents to the sea front were they already have bungalows and that would of course be explaining the expensive price. One other solution is to make a common area with pool and a bar so one can do something in close to the tents. WiFi is also a great issue because the mobile internet is very bad so everyone is relying on a working WiFi witch was very low on speed. The tents require a leveled ground and not the bumpy soil that they rest on at the moment. This would improve walking around in the tent allot. The toilet seat needs some adjustment so it doesn’t slide. The owner tried to convince us about the high prices due to high maintenance costs but I would only accept that if it was close to a pool or sea preferably behind a beach bar. The road in front of the tents would also improve this property so that the car can access the tent easy. The taxi driver would not want to drive to the tent due to the bad rocky road. This is something positive about the owner he is young and willing to improve his business with catering and other activities witch makes this stay even move interesting. I wish you the best for the future!!
I booked this property to check out this interesting way of living. It’s something different and new. There was plenty of power outlets to cover our charging needs. Air conditioning was new and was working very well during the night. There was pathways all the way to the tent som we don’t have to walk on soil. The towels were new and the tent was clean. There was a nice and spacious showering cabin with good pressure (but the massage beaming function on it was not connected.) The staff was friendly. The decoration around the tent was nice with rocks and olive trees witch will grow in a few years and provide shadow.

GermanyThe biggest minus point is that the roof of the tent was that dirty so you can’t see anything at night. We complaint it to Lazarus (housekeeper) and via booking.com chat to his brother. As an offer we had the chance to move to another tent. We checked it out but also this top was really dirty so we stayed in tent #1. Lazarus tried to clean it but also this wasn’t that helpful. It was really disappointing because we booked the bubble tents for exact that view at night. The rain shower wasn’t working well due to too less water pressure. Maybe there will be in future an outdoor shower? We missed also a mirror in the bathroom. We just had this small cosmetic mirror. The mattress has felt very saggy. Also the cover for the tent was really hard to put on. You need two people to do this and the twine torned off. As a smaller minus point, but it’s normal for camping, you are close to your neighbors and you can hear everything. Also the ground it’s a little bit wavy. All together should be made a few improvements to the tents so the Price-Performance ratio would be right. But since we did a lot outside we had a nice time despite everything.
The location of the bubble tents is great. It is in the middle of an olive grove. When we arrived we had a really warm welcoming of the housekeeper. He explained us everything and also gives us insider Tipps for restaurants, beaches and bakeries in and around Nea Moudania. The Jacuzzi is free of charge and we used it nearly every evening. Also there is an hammock in the garden what is really nice. All necessary things like an AC, a fridge and also some bathroom kits are available.

United KingdomIt would have been great o have a kettle to make tea or coffee in the morning.
It is a great idea and the bubbles are lovely to stay in. They are set in an olive grove and every tent has it's own private courtyard area with chairs, deckchairs, hammock and jacuzzi (at extra price). It is a fantastic place to hang out and relax. Unfortunately, it was cloudy both nights, so we couldn't see stars, but it is still nice to be in the open. We loved hanging out in the jacuzzi in the evening. There is a supermarket at walking distance and a lot of beaches nearby. In 20 minutes, you can walk into town where there are a lot of restaurants. The host is very friendly and helpful.

GreeceThe shower booth was a bit unbalanced.
Easy access and an alternative accommodation. Friendly host, he even upgraded our room for free. We couldn't stop staring at the sky through the transparent tent roof!

Germanyit was not cleaned, the duvet cover had dried Sperm on it. the toilet had hair in when we arrived. the floor had dust. the cap of the whirlpool had soil dirt when we first opened it. And finally the reason you want to stay in this bubble is to see the night sky but this was not possible since it was so dirty that it was blurry you couldn’t see anything. I am sorry we wanted to love it and of course we know you can not expect a hotel room service it’s more like a more comfortable camping site BUT cleanliness is the basic of every accommodation. And since you can not even see the sky is not even worth the money.
the owner was very friendly and helpful about recommendations and showing us how everyone works. It had an AC sich was working and helping to cool the tent.

I liked the layout with bubbletent. We stayed in the last tent and were not looked at by passsing stayers. To sitt in the jacuzzi at night and looking at the stars is magic

GreeceA very nice concept but failed execution. The dome was dirty therefore viewing stars was not possible (although clear sky’s). Had to pay cash, I was told on site that cards are not acceptable. The floor inside the room was dirty and stained. The fabric on the hammock was dirty and stained. The electrical cables were laying on the ground. The jacuzzi had a lot of leaves and dead insects inside. Feels like it is neglected. Overall a very “cheap” feeling on a highly overpriced property. With a little bit of work could be a great place.
Very nice concept in a good location. The staff was polite and helpful.

IsraelIt was an amazing experience, a very unusual place to stay. We recommend with all our hearts! A pleasant and helpful owner, received us at a later time, told everything and was ready to help at any time of the day. Great location, close to restaurants and shops, but very secluded. Spending a few nights in an olive grove in such an unusual room is a must for everyone !! The only thing is, it would be nice to update or improve the furniture a little, but this is not critical. It is very cool that next to the room there is a fairly large area, with armchairs, a hammock and sun loungers, in which to spend time pleasantly. Thank you!!
