Breakfast area needs an upgrade. Small variety of drinks was available in the bar. No hairdryer in the bedroom. Balcony's furniture need upgrade.

good breakfast and great location. The staff were fantastic, we were caught up in the big storm and the electrics were affected in our original room so they moved us to a bigger suite. The staff had so much to deal with but they still made time to make sure we were ok

We had to swap rooms as the first room suffered badly in the storm, they gave us a better room which was great. Breakfast staff were not very helpful. Breakfast was a let down compared to the rest of the hotel. No coffee machine for most of the holiday.

The location was nice, with excellent views. 2 beaches either side of the hotel to choose from. Pool guy, bar guy, reception staff and house keepers were really nice. We were in Skiathos through the storm in Sept 23 and the staff were helpful through that.

breakfast was very very basic and the same every single day, other food served at rhe restaurant was also basic and they were often out of most options on the menu. the hotel is quite worn out, reception is very retro and it isn’t super clean. the rooms are ok, but other grounds on the premises could all use a good scrub :)

it’s on a cliff, overlooking the sea, which is magnificent. price performance is quite ok, but in general the hotel is quite worn out, not like in the pictures. however, the pool was clean. the connections with the bus were good, nearby beaches were ok, a choice of 3 nice restaurants nearby.

The hotels was very tired and run down in areas …. It could be amazing with better maintenance…. Bar staff could barley speak English and looked scruffy

Could do with a bit more care in some exterior areas of hotel but overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely go back.

Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and food and drinks were replenished when finished. Pool/Restaurant staff were excellent, very friendly. Also no hairdryer in the room, went to reception - problem solved. Lovely swimming pool, huge room with lovely views over the bay.

Staff were in the corridor outside the room chatting loudly and smoking in between cleaning rooms.

Know Kanapitsa well, and needed a place to stop for one night, so got the water taxi from the town, hoofed up the hill, and had one night at Cape Kanapitsa. Good hotel. Breakfast was decent. The pool bar was a bit hit and miss. Massively got stung for an overpriced glass of house white out the box in the fridge. Went to eat at Baracoa on the evening - lovely.

Seems like they were doing some renovations. The screens door to our room didn’t work very well. Breakfast buffet was meh and the pool was to deep for our kids to play

We initially booked a room with a double bed but received twin bad. Staff was really nice about it and changed our mattress to double one. Our room smelled quite bad (toilet smell) , we reached out to reception about it but nothing really changed. They were fully booked so we were not able to change rooms for the smell.

It felt a little tired and unfinished in places. The pool /breakfast area offers stunning views yet there’s hardly any shade. A small detail, but it does affect your enjoyment when it’s hot.

Internet connection to wifi was terrible. This can easily be fixed with wifi extension antenna. Also drinks at the bar were a bit overpriced

The decor of the Deluxe room did not meet the expectations as advertised on the hotel pictures but were comfortable. Cleaning could have been better although done daily.

Fantastic location, breathtaking views, comfortable terrace, very close to two lovely beaches, near bus stop with regular buses to other beaches and Skiathos town. Last but not least, very friendly and helpful staff.

it’s a stunning location. in a quiet part of the island with access to two beautiful beaches. you can walk to two lovely restaurants and easily take a water taxi to town

It was early season and staff were bedding in to their roles. Nevertheless, they worked hard to accommodate our needs and we have no complaints. Good location with nearby beaches and tavernas.
