All was ok. Simple, pleasant and comfy place to stay with excellent location. I would say it's the perfect stay before taking the ferry when you're leaving Paros or after a long journey in case you want to stay in Parikia for a while. Beach is little more far. A minus point goes for no help with the luggage to take it upstairs, nobody even asked if we need some assistance.

Pleasant stay in the heart of Paros. Location is the biggest advantage as it's in the center of Parikia, just 5 mins walk from all the ferries and bus stop, surrounded with multiple restaurants, cafes and shops. The famous old town with all charming shops is just round the corner. The hotel is so close to everything yet very peaceful, in a quiet area with beautiful lemon trees around. The room seems quite old, but it got everything what we needed for one night before taking the ferry. I appreciate there was hairdryer in the room. Wifi was smooth. We had a room upstairs and the balcony there is super tiny, much smaller than on the ground floor, but the view was nice. Everything was clean, bathroom is spacious. Walking distance to the ferry and the bus stop, even with luggage it was comfortable.

Beds not very comfortable and some stuff needs renovation. But if you are staying for a couple of nights, you could stay there for the location.

The location is amazing, just in downtown across the Port and in the pedestrian area. Very nice Location really. The Rooms are clean and all but no facilities. No Kettle in the room.

There was no hot water when I took a shower in the morning, which was odd as there had been the night before when I washed my face. Maybe many people were showering at the same time? The price I paid for was too high for what this was but it was also high season so I didn't have much of a choice. Rooms need a good deep clean, a paint job and new furniture. Nothing fancy just make it modern.

The location is perfect. It is in the heart of everything but still quiet. Unlike other guests, I thought the mattresses were fine. I have slept on harder ones. It's a basic room, but I wasn't expecting much.

The shower curtains were a bit short so the bathroom floor got wet. At some moments, water drops fell from the AC above the room door.

Amazing central location, 5 min walk from the port and Parikia's center. The staff was friendly and provided valuable information. They stored our bags until our check-in. Also, they let us take some ice from the bar. Nice terrace.

The location is great to explore Parikia. There are lots of shops and places to eat nearby. We used it as a base to visit the rest of the island on a rented car. The property has no parking because it is centrally located but we coud use a public one.

The balcony was a bit small and the changing of towels and how many you got was a bit random. One of the rooms we rented never had the towels changed but not the end of the world.

The bathroom had an unusual odour. We kept the door closed all night. Shower water pressure was as little weak.

1 night for our ferry so very convenient. We were also able to leave our luggage as we arrived by ferry early. The bed was adequate for our needs. The location was very quiet.

As some of the rooms are on the ground floor/level 0, you can't really leave your window open during the day/when you're not there cause someone can easily enter. For some reason, the ventilation is not great so the humidity stays in the room for quite a bit (regardless of the open door/ window) once you shower.

The location is amazing - right in the city center, within walking distance of the port, while at the same time hidden in a quieter corner. The staff went out of their way to give me scotch tape when I needed it. The room was clean and bright.

If the owner wishes to improve, I’d say a few things in decoration would upgrade this hotel A LOT. It already has the most important things (space, light, location, and it is sparkling clean). It only lacks charming and coziness, and it is totally solvable with a few things in the decor.

The location is the best, it has a beautiful garden, the room was spacious as well as the bathroom. It was super clean, excellent mattress, and good air-conditioning.
