Noise from adjacent hotels late at night Our room was probably smaller than others and had no armchair.

The view overlooking the harbour, centre of Old Town, excellent staff, service,very clean rooms and good varied breakfast to suit all .

As I just said better quality of tea.

I’m an English person and I like English Breakfast tea which some Cretan places use. Everything else was good but I didn’t have good tea with semi skimmed milk. Otherwise everything was fine.

The location was perfect and so was the view of the old harbour and the sea. You can hear the sea from your bed or enjoy the beautiful view from your balcony. A very romantic stay. Perfect was walking around and seeing the beautiful old harbour. The staff and Vassilis were very hospitable and we felt taken care of. The room is somple and absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful details. I loved everything about this place

Nighty music from harbor restaurants : could be disruptive for some

Great proximity to old harbor & views from bedroom & rooftop deck, right in Old Town, good restaurants within easy walk, near historical points of interest, great hospitable host, and tasty, healthy breakfasts!

Nice location, friendly and very calm despite being in the centre of the old city. Wonderful view from the terrace over the Venetian harbour.

The bed was very hard and breakfast was nothing special.  Breakfast was adequate, but had much better breakfast elsewhere. 

Location was great, people were friendly and room was large and clean. The owner and staff got me ice every time I asked and were very helpful.

Noisy outside some nights. Goes with the territory for a location like this, but if your a light sleeper, take this into account.

Nice old family owned and run hotel. Staff is super friendly and the place is clean and well kept. Breakfast was an unexpected treat and quite nice. View couldn't be better!

The room was small, there wasn’t much space to put things away.

The bed was comfortable, the AC was working without issues and the location is amazing! Can be a bit noisy but that’s expected in such a central area.

The outside shutters to the room didn't work (one did the other was incapable of working). Also, to access the patio outside our window I had to climb over the windowsill which was less than ideal.

Really enjoyed the hospitality of the host. The breakfast was very good and the different fruits/pastries each day were a nice touch. The view from the room was amazing.

The property was traditional Cretan building but with all the mod cons. Great place to stay. Vasilis and staff were super helpful.I was travelling on my own with a boot on my left leg due to a couple of broken toes which happened before holiday. Highly recommend this family run hotel as place to stay in Chania.

Hard to get parking and have to carry your luggage into old town, but this applies to all hotels in old town.

Vasilis himself greeted us and was there for breakfast. Beautiful hotel in the best spot in Chania. I would not want to stay anywhere else. The place was magical, cleaned everyday and we felt transported to another time.

Perfectly situated in the harbour area, the hotel offers a very charming experience, in a stylish and old-fashioned Greek house turned into a family hotel. Lovely view on the harbour, the Mosque and the arsenal. Standard breakfast, nice set of cheese.

Air conditioning wasn’t very strong, room never really felt cool.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Vasili was very informative and gave us lots of great advice. Nice breakfast. Great view from our window of the harbour. Lovely roof top terrace, would have been nice to have our breakfast up there.
