Everything! Clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, well equipped apartment. The loveliest hosts and staff, so welcoming and genuinely warm. The food served in the restaurant was excellent, with fantastic service and exceptional value. The pool area is just lovely, the public beach a five minute walk away, with all the shops you need within a shorter walking distance.

We arrived late in Rhodes and we were able to checkin after 23:00 without any problem. The reception was very nice. The services were great. The room we stayed in was very clean and quite spacious right above the swimming pool. The owner helped us to rent a scooter in one of the days which helped us a lot.

The location was great for us as we had a moped to explore the island. There are shops restaurants and bars literally on the doorstep. Our room was a good size and the bed super Comfortable. Pool area isn't huge, but others did use it for relaxing and congregating. Quiet , despite just being off the main road. Showers available for a freshen up if you have a late flight, luggage room with large lockers (fit 2 cabin suitcases and 2 backpacks comfortably where you can lock your things for only €2.. great for peace of mind. Would recommend as a budget option and certainly return Communication excellent and staff friendly.

There was a day where the toilet bin wasn't charged.

A lovely place to spend time, close to the city and away from the crowds. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant served wonderful food. We had a wonderful trip.

Honestly nothing which I disliked.

Excellent and well equipped studio apartment. Kept very clean by hotel staff. Family run establishment with very friendly approach to those staying. Lovely swimming pool which was never too busy and there are excellent beach facilities just across the road. Also excellent restaurant is part of the property where a 10% reduction is available to residents. Close to many supermarkets and other good restaurants. Excellent location for buses and taxi’s if required.

Bigger shops - take a time to find shops with cheaper prices. Kitchen staff - need to have more staff in place. Wi-fi working nice around area of room, but in some rooms not working so good as we want.

The pool was very small, looks bigger and nicer on the picture. Busy and noisy road beside the hotel.

Lovely place, good location. Anita was very friendly at the reception. Small pool but nice and clean, apartment with a great view. Short walking distance to the beach, but very stoney and lots of waves. A lot of bars and restaurants near by. You can get a taxi to the old town ( between €10-€15) but better to order from the reception, very difficult to get one on the street. Bus stop outside, €2.50 per person. Beautiful pool bar across the road open to public. Lovely place overall. Good value for money.

No micro oven or coffee maker but can make instant coffee with water boiler. Iron also would've been nice, I would've needed it for some of my clothes but all in all it was good.

Housekeeping was not excellent but in general good.

Caravel Hotel is perfect for families as rooms are spacious and there is a pool. Also a location is very nice. It's close to the beach and there are a lot of nice shops and restaurants nearby. In addition, a transport link is perfect as it's easy to get to the city of Rhodes and the airport as well. As for owners of the hotel, they are absolutely exceptional people, always kind and friendly.

Great location and very clean room, large balcony

Staff, very helpful and friendly. I can’t tell you about all the facilities as we only stayed here for one night and we arrived around 10pm and we had checked out the next day early (where staying here due to a flight being moved a day earlier) but I can tell you the staff are lovely and the room we had was very nice and great value for money. It’s also in a great location, just tucked out the way from shops, bars and restaurants.

The location of this hotel is near the beach and the downtown. The staffs at the hotel were patient and nice! They adressed my questions with great patient. The food in the restaurant is wonderful!

Each and every one of the staff were amazing! We got really good service from the day we arrived to the day we left. Definitely would recommend this hotel. The location is really good: near shops, restaurants etc. but still in really peaceful place. Rooms were clean and there were everything we needed. Pool area is a bit small, but there was room for us everytime we went there so it wasn't a problem. The staff even served foods and drinks from the restaurant to the pool which was really nice.

The room was spacious and very clean with a nice pool view. The pool was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and they helped me to rent a car and book some excursions. The beach is just across the street. I tried the Coconut Restaurant, excellent food and professional service.

Very clean and spacious room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our dinner at the Coconut Restaurant, delicious greek food and an extended list of greek wines. The location is very convenient, only 15' by bus to Rhodes town and 5' walk to Ixia beach. The pool was nice and clean.
