We loved staying at Casa Blu and would highly recommend it. The staff was outstanding, the pools were delightful, the location was great, the room was comfortable with a nice balcony with a view of the Mediterranean, and the price was a great value for the money.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. It's modern and spacious rooms overlooking Hersonnisos and the sea. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.

Very clean and modern property. Simple check-in with staff waiting on arrival and arranged transport from Heraklion Port for us. Staff treat you like family, special shout out to Terry, Ernie and Giorgios for looking after us during our stay. Nice pool and always enough sunbeds to accommodate. Breakfast was good with good selection and the food off the menu at lunch was as good as any restaurant you would go to.

It was further from the beach than we’d expected from the description and pictures. I realise it would mean employing even more staff but it’s a shame they don’t provide dinners (it’s a bar service only after 4 pm).

Outstanding rooms, two good-sized pools & most importantly, the hospitality provided by the staff was exemplary. The breakfasts & lunches were also delicious.

Absolute perfection... everything exceeded our expectations. The staff and owners were amazing - it felt like coming home. Nothing was too much trouble and Dimitris on reception went over and above sorting out rescheduling transport and arranging extra night for us when the airport closed due to flooding just as we were about to leave! Thank you so much xx Giorgos and the team at the bar and breakfast were amazing - and apologies that I didn't get everyones name. Our room (302) was just perfect and beautifully clean - and our wonderful housekeeper kept it immaculate during our stay. It was refreshing to see the owner Dimitris and his wife working in the hotel and mingling with guests, making sure that we were all enjoying ourselves. And it was also wonderful to hear that the staff enjoyed working at the hotel. I happened to mention one night that the hotel was beautiful, to be told by a staff member that the owners were 'more beautiful'. Having travelled the globe for over 30 years, we rarely see a hotel owner and have never heard such high praise. Dimitris, keep it up... your attitude towards your staff and guests makes this place what it is, an absolute gem. Thank you all so much and we are looking forward to seeing you again next year xx

Perfect in every way. Had one of the rooms with a private pool and it was amazing. Great breakfast, lovely staff, lots of tavernas nearby. I want to go back there and will recommend it to family and friends.

This perfect little gem of a boutique hotel was the best! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, including jumping through hoops to help us find our lost luggage. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

Quality of materials and interior design slightly better on the photos than in reality (compared to other new hotels in the area). Not that it had any impact on my short stay in the hotel, but I was really hoping that the "sunbed reserving egocentric mass tourists" had not made it to small boutique hotels yet, but I was wrong. Be aware :) - they had discovered that hotel already sending their "ambassadors" to reserve sun beds for their whole party by the pool at 6am like it was the most important thing in the World. :) Amusing yet somewhat disturbing display of narcissistic behaviour.

A nice small hotel in a cosy small village with great restaurants serving local food. The staff was really friendly, positive and helpful. Decent breakfast. Nice view.

Location was excellent - loads of bars and restaurants near by. Breakfast was fab with loads on offer and always very fresh! Staff were fantastic and always so helpful. Onsite bar and pool were always very clean and lovely to be around.

The employes were the best ever. They helped us with everything and they were really nice guys. The hotel is new, was modern and clean. The food and the drinks at the hotel were almost everytime better then the other restaurants.

Everything was perfect, especially the hosts, who made it an easy, comfortable and safe stay. They are really doing it whole-heartedly with a genuine Greek hospitality. No wonder people keep returning to the hotel.

The best staff you will ever meet, from the owner, through manager and every person you will meet, feels like home really. We had a flight early in the morning, before the hotel breakfast hours and we got prepared packeges to take with us to the airport. Every small detaill, every request we had was fulfilled with a big smile and care.
