Eventhough they enter the room to clean everyday, they did not clean the sheets snd towels everyday. They were on the floor, hence they were dirty. I was a littke bit disapointed about this sincerhe rest of the hotel was excellent. Aldo they would forget to put glassess and orher things as such. We stayed there 5 nights, so we felr it. Also at the breakfast, I asked a waitress for a coffe, she replied it was self serve, I explained to her that zi tried to use the coffee machine but I coukd not operare it. She still told me to go to the coffee machine and find someone there to hell. I was also disspointed in such response since other parts of the hotel were excellent.. Overall, I would stay there again. However I would call reception everyday that I need my towels or the room to be cleaned correctly, that way this does not happend. As for the situation at breakfast, I assume it was an outlier and this does not hapoend often.

Front desk stuff needs some improvement. I wanted to upgrade my room and it took 2 days to give me a price. They need to get approval from their manager for everything and it takes couple of days.

Hotel staff is very friendly professional and helpful. Hotel is modern, luxury, clean and silent. We loved everything about the hotel. I think the best rooms are the pool access rooms. A very romantic getaway. Breakfast and dinner was also good for our taste. Sea was also the best in Samos island. You dont need to go anywhere else while staying in here. We will definetely visit again.

We went to Casa Cook for our honeymoon and it was beyond our expectations. The entire hotel was super clean, the staff was very helpful & warm and the food was extremely delicious. Also the beach was very relaxing with incredible cocktails. Highly recommended!

They put our luggage on a bus which was not ours (with no connection to the driver). It was super stressful having to go to the airport without our luggage and trying to figure out where it is

The first room they provided was smaller and darker but they changed with another standard room as soon as available.

The atmosphere and the hotel was cool, the beach is great. Nice breakfast. Location is great.

We expected a cleaner bathroom (it wasn't as clean as expected on the first day) but they fixed everything.

Housekeeping occasionally came very late in the day (around 4.30pm), and obviously things on site aren't the cheapest.

Had an amazing and very relaxing stay. The resort is kept super clean, quiet (yes some planes go over, didn't bother us), beautiful planting and good service. Being able to easily get to a lovely town each night for dinner (€8 taxi each way) was much needed, as without this you might be a bit isolated. However for the majority of the day the resort is luxurious enough to keep you relaxed and entertained.

We originally only had one night booked but because we enjoyed it so much we had to book another night. Everything about this place is amazing, there is so many staff and all so accommodating. 10/10 highly recommend
