There was a small kitchen but no hob/ cooker to cook on so I had to eat out all the time. I expeted it to have a hob so I could cook a bit.

    Nice apartment. Good aircon. Clean.

-next door is car washing service and parking, so it might be noisy till about 22 - Kos city is about 20 min with bike. So if you want to go there every day, better have car or rent bicycle

-Clean, nice design, one can make tee/coffe and keep staff in fridge, - the host is very caring, reacts quickly and organized transfer - nearby are mini market with snacks and drinks and bicycle rentals, bus stop, also beach but for it you should cross next hotel’s territory

The drainage system is old, backed up and overflows through both the drain in the shower and the drain outside the shower. When the water came through if your unaware you’ll be standing in it when showering. The smell wasn’t great either as it smelt of sewage. The smell did diminish but as I have a sensitive nose I could smell it and struggled to sleep. Closing the bathroom door helps. If I kept the shower on minimal power. Only turning it on to wet my body and then again to wash the soap off it’s fine. Also the timing of the shower, too early it’s cold as the sun is required to heat the water. Too late and the hot water has been used up. It is apart of Kos rentals which can get noisy. But if you’re out and about it’ll for most of the day it should be fine. Ants is another problem. I had a day where I was killing the ants crawling all over me as they got in the wardrobe where my clothes were hanging. I had to kill two colonies of ants as the floor could have been cleaner. I arrived and saw debris scattered around in various places. All in all, for the budget it’s not a bad option.

It’s a small studio which was great for the budget. It was bright, came with a tv, and small fridge and storage for clothes.

The apartment was much smaller than what it looked like in the photos. Due to the small space and the fact that the house is grey-painted, it was extremely hot all day long. Even with the windows and door opened (taking into account that the apartment is facing the central street, which means that you can not leave the door open) the place was impossible to air. The only solution is to sleep with the air-condition with the danger of catching a cold. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable (too old and bouncy) and the bed very cheap and loud (every single movement makes the springs go wild). On the second day, one of the wood planks which hold the mattress actually collapsed on each own. A very overpriced accommodation considering what it offers.

    Everything was good

We loved the small garden, which we had our morning coffees and enjoy our evening drinks. Out dog also enjoyed to walk around freely in the garden.
