The only thing that didn’t match the price point was the shower which was absolutely tiny . My husband struggled to fit in and it had poor quality fittings and very hard to get the water mix right . This accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility issues . The man in the property could be a little friendlier.

Beautiful period building in the Venetian old town of Chania . Amazing location right in front of the harbour with lovely patio we enjoyed sitting on . The lady who runs the place is lovely so helpful and knowledgeable and called us to help us find nearby parking (no parking or cars allowed in the old town) . Beautiful individual rooms with fabulous decor . Great breakfast.

Noise ar night from nearby restaurants. Tiny bathroom. There's a small balcony for the room but only kid sized plastic stools out there so not comfortable to sit out there.

Absolutely beautiful historic buildings. Our room was spacious and characterful with a balcony and sea view. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room is stunning with a fabulous balcony overlooking the old port.

The shower is a bit small, but a small trade-off to have a wonderful terrace and amazing breakfast.

This was our second visit to Casa Leone and it did not disappoint. Olga's breakfast was wonderful with eggs, yogurt, and a new pastry every day. The bed was very comfortable, and the terrace was great to enjoy in the mornings and afternoons. The view of the harbor never grows old.

Wonderful location on the harbour. Breakfast room and service from Olga was magnificent. Quaint room and sleeping in a canopy bed was delightful. Bathroom was tiny - but functional and to be expected in such an historical building. Thank you Olga for making our stay so comfortable.

The property is much more beautiful than the pictures. It’s dreamy and an absolute must stay. The hosts are wonderful and helpful. It can get a bit noisy on the weekends to sleep, but it was easily drowned out with music or soundscapes.

It’s on the ocean front and below the restaurants so you can hear the noise throughout the night because things closed late. Parking was about 5 minutes walk since the hotel is right in the Old Town Talo Square.

I stayed in this beautiful hotel for my birthday in Chania. I booked a room with a rooftop terrace, and the view from the terrace was spectacular. I had the amazing view of the lighthouse as well as the harbour. Probably one of the best views I could imagine to have from one’s own terrace. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated, but it was meant to be classic . There was a comfy duvet for winter, which was thick enough to keep me warm. Olga, the lady who made us breakfast, was such a great host. She was polite and kind. She asked our preference for breakfast. I loved the freshly squeezed juice and the brewed coffee. The beautiful table settings, and she used beautiful glasses and cups, which she took out from a classic kitchen cupboard. I had a glance of their glassware collections, and I saw the photos of their family, too. The whole stay was memorable. It felt as if I am visiting a friend’s house in overseas that I am not so close to. Highly recommend.
