Servis was exceptional indeed. Super clean, design rooms just on the sandy beach with on-site restaurant with delicious menu. Staff was professional and owner more than helpful. Tranquil place in walking distance to busy centre of Faliraky. Highly recommended!

Everything was spot on - the value for money is phenomenal , hosts absolutely couldn’t do enough, location is right on the beach - spit and Youde hit the sea! Room was just beautiful I honestly could jog find any fault with the whole of my stay. Matthew and his wife are probably the best hosts I’ve ever come across.

My stay at Marini Seaside was simply amazing and it was made even more special by Matteo and his family who are beyond welcoming. The night I arrived, Matteo opened the restaurant (otherwise closed during low season) only for me and my boyfriend and cooked one of the best dinners we had during our holiday. A delicious breakfast, the sight of the sea and a friendly 'good morning' every day are what made this stay unforgettable :)

Family owned and managed. Beautiful people, who greeted us like their family. Beach was wonderful with use of their beach beds. Food was outstanding! The moussaka and eggplant dip, homemade bread, kalamari- all was delicious! Rooms spacious and pristine clean. Can’t say enough about the wonderful stay. Thank you so much!!

On my first day, the neighboring beach club played loud electronic music, which I found mostly annoying. It is quite a walk (10 minutes) to the next shopping place (however not too far to a Kiosk offering some basics).

I really enjoyed the last days of my vacation here near Faliraki, big thanks again to my hosts, I felt heartily welcomed. The breakfast was fantastic! You can choose whatever you want from the menu, imagine this. Fresh orange juice, special omelette, and yogurt with honey and homemade cereal was my favorite. The room is really well decorated and the terrace area huge, also bonus points for the shower, gorgeous. The beach is just perfect, and especially there are plenty of sun beds (luxury ones) and chairs, I never had to worry about none being available. I can recommend to look out for some Tavernas nearby, especially Yamas Mario and Monaxia. It is also not far from Anthony Quinn Bay, I did a day trip and some snorkeling, highly recommended.

The owners are amazing people who make sure you have everything that you need during your stay. They will do whatever is possible to give you the best holiday. You don't see these kind of people that often who think about how to make sure you are comfortable. Room is very spacious and clean..renovated with a confy bed.The food in the restaurant is 10 points. Everything was amazing and I definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants to enjoy the beach. Eat good food and feel at home during the holiday.. we will definitely be back. The location was great, right on the beach. Our triple room was modern and spacious, in a new building. Sunbeds were free for the guests. They also have a lovely taverna on the beach, with very good food (try de octopus and the seabream). Irini and her family were very nice and helpful.

You have to walk 10-15 mins to go to Faliraki center, but its not far anyways. And get ready and come prepared for the mosquitoes, but it is not a big deal.

We liked everything about the hotel. The location is great; right on the beach! Sunbeds and umbrellas were free for the hotel guests. Their restaurant is very good as well. Try the club sandwich and you will see what I mean. Irini and her family make sure you are home away from your home. The rooms are as chic as they look in the photos. We will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect, Especially the lady owner and her family prepared a wonderful time for us with excellent dinners, breakfasts and time on the beach with beutiful beds for free and perfect services all our time. I celebrated my birthday there. They prepared a lovely birthday evening for me with life music, dancing and perfect food. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Everything. Just amazing and it is all about the family and their attitude to their guests. You are not feeling as just another guest in a big hotel but as a special guest. The rooms are all in one floor just behind the restaurant (great food!) which is on its own beach (reminds me places I've been in Thailand). The owners are there to do everything they can to make your stay and holiday a great experience. Love this place and will come back!

From the moment I stepped into the modern and immense room, I knew I was in for something truly special. The owners, especially the enchanting Irini, went above and beyond to create an unforgettable stay for me. Irini and the staff were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and had a genuine desire to ensure my every need was met. Their smiles were infectious, and it set the tone for the rest of the day filled with joy and happiness. The Kastri cafe was an absolute culinary delight, a feast for the senses! The food was nothing short of phenomenal, and every dish was crafted with love and precision.

Everything was lovely there was nothing I didn't like.

Thank you for having us stay with you at your lovely hotel. We stayed with you for our wedding night and the night after. You did everything you could to make us feel welcome. On the night of the wedding there were petals laid out and a heart shaped napkin and in the morning the same was on our breakfast table with a nice cake and congratulations written with the source. We had a bed by the sea to relax on for the morning and a lovely complimentary breakfast. I had the omelette and my husband has a baguette. My omelette was delicious and the bread on the baguette was beautifully crispy. Every detail was thought out so well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back another time.

“Great hospitality” is a rare Diamond in real life. Don’t miss the chance to find it in Marini Seaside. The property got many 10 Star reviews. This is a kind of a burden as it raises the customers expectations to the limit. We felt the same. But, there was an easy solution for us. We let Ireni, Mathew and their dedicated team to take care of us. They “read” our desires before we could even formulate them. Sounds like AI? Not at all - it sounds like an extreme professional commitment to details, perfection and the warmest kindness in the industry. If you plan to explore the island do not look further. The location of the property offers convenient and fast road connections to all directions: the airport, the old town of Rodhes, Lindos you name it. If quality of food is as important to You as service - the Kastri taverna is your first choice. Frappe is a common drink on the beach. But not every Frappe is worth the price. Try the one, offered on the private beach of Marini Seaside. You will taste the difference. The property offers free sun umbrellas and beds … and beach towels on a cousy beach with the cleanest water in the island. If you are still reading my review you may think that was an unforgettable holiday - and you will be right😀

Many people have given 10 stars for this facility but even this is not enough to reflect the level of care of Irini, Matthew and their team for the happiness of their visitors. Our stay at the Marini Seaside guesthouse was almost faultless, but there are small things that the owners are not responsible for. Loud music (probably from nearby hotels) was heard every evening until late at night. At the same time, the beach adjacent to the guesthouse is located next to two other frequented beaches, and loud music played from both of them every day. When you spend the whole day on the beach afterwards, you get a bit tired from all the noise :). But as I say, it's the little things.

The accommodation was perfect. It was literally one minute from the beach. :) The owners of the guesthouse run a Greek tavern next to the guesthouse, with a view of the sea and excellent local food. We used the tavern for breakfast and dinner, which were available to us as part of the half board. Breakfast and dinner are served a la carte. However, the selection of food is fabulous and we always had enough of everything. The owners and other staff were very nice to us and our every request was always met. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge to guests of the guesthouse on the adjacent beach. The accommodation was very modern furnished and it was cleaned every day, towels were changed on request (even beach towels). Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked without a problem. Thank you very much for a beautiful and warm experience. :)

How come this place is rated so high, I was wondering while checking Marini Seaside. Once we arrived, I got the vibe - this is an excellent quiet place, a mini-hotel right on the beach, super clean, nicely arranged and very well managed by a charming family. Matthaeus and Irini were very attentive and helpful and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had a half-board, that was fully adjusted according to our personal requests (first and foremost for our baby daughter), and the food was always fresh and tasty. Eleni gave positive vibes for the start of each new day while welcoming us for breakfast in the tavern. You have several places for renting a car nearby, a mini market and a bus stop right at the corner. A local farmer is coming with fresh tasty fruits a couple of times per week. Marini Seaside is located around 10-15 min walk from the centre of Faliraki - easy to reach various places, concurrently remote from noise. We really enjoyed our stay! The property is in a very good position, right in front of the beach. Everything was clean, beddings and towels changed every day. The restaurant is super and the owner and staff extra nice! They would go out their way to help in any possible way! Honestly amazing place and incredible value for money!

everything in the room was perfect and even exceeded our expectations despite seeing the photos when booking. it is a small b&b style hotel with just 6 room, so you are treated as VIPs by the hosts Matthew and Irene. The hotel is joined to their restaurant where we had amazing breakfast each morning (a la carte - we highly recommend everything!) and we ended up eating dinner there every night too as the food was so good. incredible location on the beach, they had yoga mats so I did yoga in front of the sea before breakfast which was ideal. Less than 10min by car you have some amazing little beaches/ rock pools which I highly recommend as well, especially Oasis!

Absolutely nothing!

The room was perfect! It was very clean, spacious, stylish and had nice extras such as hairdryer, coffee machine, fridge with water inside, shampoo/shower gel and a fresh bowl of fruit and a bottle of prosecco. The owners were super welcoming and made our stay so warm, personal and unforgettable. Would highly recommend this stay and the joining restaurant Kastri Beach Tavern which is also run by the owners and severs beautiful food and drink! 💜
