Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SwedenTables at the beach can be cleaned more often and quality of drinks can be better.
Staff is very nice, it is very clean and good variety of food. Minidisco is next to the restaurant which is super convenient. Many pools so it’s never crowded.

United Kingdom-Is soooo annoying when people put down their towels at the sunbeds to reserve them, even when they are not around. The facility clearly shows the rules regarding this, but they are ignored. -The room was good, however, it was different than on displaying pictures on booking.
Lovely resort with good entertainment, fantastic variety of food at all time of the day. Amazing staff, hotel has 4 different pools, extra pay option for water sports like jet-ski. Private beach with lots of seats.

PolandOn a rainy / windy day we missed indoor soft playground for kids, indoor swimming pool for kids. The kids club is located on the basement level, that doesn't give the good impression.
Excellent service that makes almost every request possible. Kind and dedicated staff. Great variety of tasty dishes with live cooking during dinner time and baby food option (we loved it). Great place for families during summer time.

IsraelThe only thing to improve is that changing the beach towels is only available in the evening. In my opinion it would be nice to also be able to swap them in the morning near the beach or pool. But it's really not that critical, otherwise everything was great!
The hotel is really amazing, and great value for money! The room was spotlessly clean, with everyday service - the staff changed towels and cleaned the room perfectly every single day. There's a huge variety of food and drinks available, and a couple of good bars on site with really tasty cocktails! The beach and the pools are clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Overall we had a wonderful time! The hotel is family friendly, there are many families with kids, but it didn't bother us and we had a great vacation as a couple. We really enjoyed everything about the hotel and the services! Totally recommend!

Kosovo- Pool Sunbeds were not managed good, you need to “protect” your sunbed from not taking it of you. The rule of 9:00Am was ridiculous, even if you get up early and stay there for 20 min, as soon as you leave to get breakfast, the lifeguard takes off your belongings, thats a bit stressful knowing the fact that we were there to have a chill time. - Beach Bar opened at 10:00Am and the main one at 8:00Am. The worst was that the people working there were in the bar before 8:00Am but they would not serve you a coffee. - You need more seafood on the menu
A very clean property, the staff were super friendly and food was delicious.

GreeceWhen I asked for a gluten free bread, the waitress brought me a super old baguette which looked terrible. The rooms need to be renovated, I recommend to change the mattresses as well, they are not comfortable to sleep. We couldn’t connect our laptop to the TV to watch a movie and the staff didn’t have HDMI cable. The beach doesn’t look clean and the sun beds are of very poor quality - the nice sun beds are only by the pools and they are always occupied. There was no shampoo or body cream when we arrived, the cleaning lady only brought it when we asked for it. The cleaning staff has no respect for privacy, they knock and open the door immediately without waiting - it happened twice and I was either naked or in the shower, only yelling “no” prevented her from fully opening the door. My husband was told he cannot use sauna cause “he is not part of the club” though we considered its included into the stay for free. For food area I would also recommend to have a specific corner with lactose and gluten free products.
Good food, suitable for different tastes and diets, nice room, pleasant design of the hotel, helpful staff, nice life music on the Saturday night in the dinner area. My husband left his phone in the room on the day of checkout and they called us from the reception and returned it back.

GreeceOur experience was extremely negative. During the last night of our stay, my family was verbally attacked by other (non-family) hotel guests demanding to keep our toddler quiet in the outdoor restaurant area while at least approximately 150-200 family guests were present with a high number of kids running and playing around. A fight broke out involving other hotel guests and at that time my toddler was scared, especially after glass was thrown at us landing very closely and almost getting hurt. The hotel adopted an apathetic stance when I asked them how they intended to provide safety and security for all family guests without giving a specific answer. We were told that this would be passed over to the main hotel management who would contact us, however no-one has got in touch with us almost 3 months later on. During the checkout process, I asked to settle the outstanding balance for extra services that we had purchased. I was told that the hotel would not charge us for these as a good will gesture. However, I insisted and I paid the full amount owned as I felt that this was an attempt to affect my experience and perception of our stay (and the hotel reception staff told me with a tone of attitude that the hotel did not bear any responsibility for the incident that had taken place the previous evening). The hotel looks like a hotel from the 80’s that has been renovated. Rooms are small, slightly dirty and expensive.

GermanyHotel did not give the room that I booked. I showed him the pictures and they admitted it that it is not the same room. It took 2 days for them to change the room. I spoke with 4 different staff including the hotel manager, who solved the problem and arrange the same room I booked. At the end hotel manager was very polite and did his best to help, however others did their best to ignore me. Do not fooled by the professional photos. You will experience something else. It is a cheap European all inclusive tourist resort concept that guests buy their holiday in one year advance and pay little. If you pay more like me, you expect more! Hotel is over crowded. it is understaffed and you do most of the things self-service. There is not service! Common areas and beach have to be renovated. Beach is not clean and difficult to find sun bed. Food option is limited for non-pork eaters and vegans. There is not any special dietary section available. You can not even find a lactose free milk.

BelgiumThe hotel offers free stay for children, which results in a very high number of children and babies. As a result you feel like being in a day care and not a luxury hotel. The food is good quality, but the drinks are not (cheap wine, beer, soft drinks, spirits). The room is lovely, but as in almost every hotel you can hear the neighbours. The mattress was quite hard, but this is the case everywhere in Greece. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, you need a car to get there and there is nothing to visit in the wide region.
The resort has a luxury feel and is beautifully designed. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet is high quality and changes every day. Also the whole site is very beautifully situated on the beach. They offer group sport and yoga sessions. The rooms are big, modern, clean, ...
