Our apartment was to the main street, very noisy at night. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep.

No a problem, just a suggestion - there could have been an ice cube tray in the freezer and the balcony was a nice size so there is room for a light lounge chair to sunbathe. Plenty of room.

Absolutely loved staying at this apartment. Location is perfect! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach with several nice restaurants, bus stops right outside which I used frequently, only 15 minute walk into old Chania, great coffee shops just minutes away in both directions, a fruit stand and the best gyro place just across the street.

A great flat with very good furnishing. Clean, very spacious and modern. The balcony is large, the kitchen well equipped and a washing machine is also available. The accommodation is not far from the city centre and the harbour. There is always parking around the accommodation in the adjacent streets and a large supermarket just a few hundred metres away. The flat is well insulated, so you didn't hear any noise from the street or cars. I would especially like to mention and thank the host, who was very helpful and friendly. When we had questions or a request, we received answers and support within a very short time. We also got great tips on sightseeing and restaurants in Crete. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Apartment was lovely, very modern and very clean. Kitchen has all utensils/cutlery/dishes etc. conveniently located 10 min walk from old town, 5 min walk from beach. Host was very helpful and responded to any messages straight away. Helped us with taxis and local info and very accommodating with check in /out times.

This unit has only one source of light that is coming from the large balcony door (no other windows except for the small one in the bathroom), but since whole studio is in one piece this isn't a problem - we had enough natural light nevertheless.

My brother and I had a wonderful time here! Giannis is a great host who is happy to suggest some excellent local spots and the apartment itself is beautiful, well furnished and perfectly clean. It is also located in a very nice, high quality building. It is very quite and you will have a great night sleep on their comfy beds and pillows. Location is great, as you are close to the local beach, old town and city center (make sure to grab fredo cappuccino in a beautiful coffee shop called Coffee Lab). Highly recommended!

Location of the apartment is perfect - a stone stroll from the tourist area. Easy access to getting out of town if you plan to visit some of the key attractions outside of Chania ( for that a car is highly recommended). Property is spotless, spacious and maintained to a very high standard .

The apartment is spacious , very close to the centre and very close to the beach tavernas.There is free parking allover and the location is very good if you want to visit different kind of beaches by car. Janis the owner was very helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations for several nice places.

Beautiful, modern and super clean apartment. The owner was very kind to us, even by providing with some additional kitchen tools as we were staying for 3 weeks. The apartment was cleaned every 5 days and fresh bedsheets and towels were provided. Furthermore additional fresh towels and bedsheets are in the apartment in case needed. The location is great. The supermarket is only 2 min walk and the beach is only 8 min walk. Finally, several coffee and breakfast places are just downstairs. The apartment has really everything one needs! We liked it so much that we extended for one additional week!

sofa bed was not so comfortable but we put the mattress on the floor and that was very comfy then. it would also be nice to be able to screen off the sofa bed to give some privacy to anyone sleeping there. But really there is very little negative to say about the apartment

great location - 500m to a blue fag beach with lifeguard, loads of sun loungers and loads of great restaurants. those 3 on the pier were our favourites. fantastic quality food at reasonable prices. a short walk takes you into the old town and Venetian harbour - again shops restaurants and bars. apartment had a good sized balcony, sofa bed bedroom bathroom kitchen eating area. it was spotlessly clean and in great condition. bed in bedroom was really comfortable host was very responsive, friendly and helpful

We stayed at apartment 4 and liked it very much! The apartment is very modern, stylish and clean and has everything that you may need. We felt very comfortable there. The host Giannis is very friendly and upon our arrival he had some great suggestions for us regarding nice beaches and the area in general. It was also really easy to contact him if we needed anything. The apartment is located a bit outside of the old town, but it‘s just around 10-15min to walk there. You can also walk to a beach in around 10min. Parking was very easy, most of the time we found a (free) spot right in front of the building.

Spacious, new and super clean apartments. Owner is really attentive and overall a great guy. Location is convenient is you like to visit different beaches because you can easily get to the national road and it’s also a very brief walk to the old town. Highly recommended!

A very clean, bright and modern apartment, both cozy and functional (for 5 night stay of a family with a 7 y.o. kid as in our case). The host, Ioannis, was very welcoming and cordial, offering to provide us with whatever help or additional amenities we required. As our flight was early in the morning, we asked for early check in at the time of booking. A day before the fight, the host confirmed that there was availability and we could check in a few hours early. When we arrived at the door and texted him, he was with us in less than a minute and gave us some very good recommendations. The wifi was very good – we mostly used it for YouTube (bedroom TV) and Netflix (living room TV). The kitchen amenities were more than enough for us; the Nespresso machine (including the provided capsules) was a lifesaver. Both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room were very comfy. We used the washing machine daily (detergent was provided) as it was also very quick and convenient for them to dry on the huge balcony. Personally, I really liked chinning on that balcony in the evenings. Air conditioning units were powerful, and widows had pitch black blinds, mosquito nets and light curtains – so quick temperature management and sleeping in late are both possible. There was always enough hot water for the showers. One can see that the host pays attention to visitors’ recommendations and addresses them – e.g. there was a broom, there were additional plastic bags (for people staying longer). Location was great – a 10 minute walk to the beach and whenever we headed to the old town, we chose to go there walking along the coast – again starting from the Nea Chora Beach. There are multiple restaurants and cafeterias close by and in less than 200 meters there is a (two-story) Synka supermarket, where you could stock up on whatever you wish (sunscreen, water, fruit and orange juice in our case) and cool it quickly in the big fridge in the apartment.
