The apartment is new with good design and freshly renovated, has everything you need. If something is missing the owner will take care of you to find it. The owner was always in touch and also a nice bonus was a few recommendations on what to eat where to go, for young people it was cool. Thank you for exceptional service!

Our apartment was to the main street, very noisy at night. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep.

Pricewise it was a great new apartment which is not far from the beach, oldtown. You can also park around the building for free. Anyway location is actually next to a busy road but that did not hurt me at all. :)

No a problem, just a suggestion - there could have been an ice cube tray in the freezer and the balcony was a nice size so there is room for a light lounge chair to sunbathe. Plenty of room.

Absolutely loved staying at this apartment. Location is perfect! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach with several nice restaurants, bus stops right outside which I used frequently, only 15 minute walk into old Chania, great coffee shops just minutes away in both directions, a fruit stand and the best gyro place just across the street.

Apartment was lovely, very modern and very clean. Kitchen has all utensils/cutlery/dishes etc. conveniently located 10 min walk from old town, 5 min walk from beach. Host was very helpful and responded to any messages straight away. Helped us with taxis and local info and very accommodating with check in /out times.

A very minor thing as a family traveling with a baby. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment with a door. In the pictured the apartment had a door to the bedroom and this is the reason we booked the property. The apartment we stayed at did not have a bedroom door which meant we could not relax, talk or watch tv after baby went to sleep as out baby is a light sleeper.

Very clean property and well maintained. Location to shops and beach. Free parking in backstreets was a bonus. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

I would not complain in a cheaper place, but since this one was a bit pricy, I'd like to point out two areas of improvement: - The place is modern but also quite drab and basic. I'd spend 150 € and buy: a beach blanket, a hanger to put next to the door, a couple of posters for the walls and some more shelves/hangers for the bathroom. This would GREATLY improve the overall comfort of the apartment. - The description says that there's tea and coffee provided. Well..., there were precisely 5 bags of tea and 3 coffee capsules waiting for us (2 persons staying 7 nights). We asked for more tea after three days and received 6 extra bags. Same story with toilet paper. It felt especially awkward to have to ask for more TP.

- Comfortable key pickup. - We were allowed to check-in earlier (there were no previous guests) - Clean place - Good air conditioning - Good frying pan and quality plates/mugs - Well protected from the noise outside so we god comfortable sleep (and the street there is VERY noisy, forget about romantic coffee on the balcony) - Washing machine + 3 cleaning "tablets" for it - Close to the sea supermarket and two nice coffee places

This unit has only one source of light that is coming from the large balcony door (no other windows except for the small one in the bathroom), but since whole studio is in one piece this isn't a problem - we had enough natural light nevertheless.

My brother and I had a wonderful time here! Giannis is a great host who is happy to suggest some excellent local spots and the apartment itself is beautiful, well furnished and perfectly clean. It is also located in a very nice, high quality building. It is very quite and you will have a great night sleep on their comfy beds and pillows. Location is great, as you are close to the local beach, old town and city center (make sure to grab fredo cappuccino in a beautiful coffee shop called Coffee Lab). Highly recommended!

Location of the apartment is perfect - a stone stroll from the tourist area. Easy access to getting out of town if you plan to visit some of the key attractions outside of Chania ( for that a car is highly recommended). Property is spotless, spacious and maintained to a very high standard .

The apartment is spacious , very close to the centre and very close to the beach tavernas.There is free parking allover and the location is very good if you want to visit different kind of beaches by car. Janis the owner was very helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations for several nice places.

Beautiful, modern and super clean apartment. The owner was very kind to us, even by providing with some additional kitchen tools as we were staying for 3 weeks. The apartment was cleaned every 5 days and fresh bedsheets and towels were provided. Furthermore additional fresh towels and bedsheets are in the apartment in case needed. The location is great. The supermarket is only 2 min walk and the beach is only 8 min walk. Finally, several coffee and breakfast places are just downstairs. The apartment has really everything one needs! We liked it so much that we extended for one additional week!

sofa bed was not so comfortable but we put the mattress on the floor and that was very comfy then. it would also be nice to be able to screen off the sofa bed to give some privacy to anyone sleeping there. But really there is very little negative to say about the apartment

great location - 500m to a blue fag beach with lifeguard, loads of sun loungers and loads of great restaurants. those 3 on the pier were our favourites. fantastic quality food at reasonable prices. a short walk takes you into the old town and Venetian harbour - again shops restaurants and bars. apartment had a good sized balcony, sofa bed bedroom bathroom kitchen eating area. it was spotlessly clean and in great condition. bed in bedroom was really comfortable host was very responsive, friendly and helpful
