We wanted to bring ice cream to eat in the hotel's pool and they asked us to go up to eat it in our room, claiming that it is not allowed to bring outside food and eat in the common areas of the hotel.

Everything was very good! The staff was super welcoming and kind. The breakfast was good and varied. The spa was nice, quiet, cozy and calm.

All the hotel was with good design and different from others. Breakfast was very tasty and every morning littlebit different. Personal was very kind and helpful.

Staff at breakfast seemed a little slow attending people, they could be more on top of people, one or two staff members weren't doing anything while only one was walking around serving everyone.

Incredibly beautiful hotel ❤️ Mindful sustainable decoration, relaxing ambiance, amazing pool and very warm and helpful staff including receptionists, servers, cleaners and ladies at the wellness spa. The room exactly matched what it promised in the pictures, totally loved it. The Jacuzzi is fabulous, the shower products are high quality. All amenities were available. We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel restaurant. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Excellent location as the Faliraki city centre is few minutes by walk and the beach is nearby as well. Highly recommend.

There’s no view outside the property

Food is exceptional, rooms are bright and clean. We got an upgrade for a room with private pool. The sun is coming on that side at morning hours if you want to adjust your plans to that. Stuff are friendly and helpful.

Sometimes struggled to get a sun bed by the pool due to guests leaving towels on the bed despite not being in the pool area for long periods of time.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, we had a room with a jacuzzi which was nice but we didn’t use much, the rooms are decorated beautifully. The pool was amazing with sun beds over the water.

Pool area a little cramped although always emptied up as the day went along. Breakfast whilst a vast selection could have been better all round. Maybe less quantity more quality.

There where places such as the edge of the pool or the room corners that had spider webs and such. The music from the main pool was a bit loud- could hear it in pool and it wasn’t my kind of music…

The premium rooms could do with a black out blind/curtain. It was very bright in the morning... making it hard to sleep in.

Our room did not have a chair or stool. This would have been great for sitting and doing my makeup by the mirror. I also did not like the frosted glass toilet door at night. The light was very bright and would wake-up my partner and the extractor fan was loud.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were always helpful and kind. The restaurant at the hotel was impeccable. We ate there for four nights of our stay and every night we loved the three course meal options. The swimming pool is also great and I loved our outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was also very good...very organised.
