Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomNo issues during our stay at all, it was perfect, however if we were to go later in the year the nightclub across the road would be a problem for us!
Quiet, calm, beautifully decorated, excellent breakfast and the loveliest staff! Great proximity to town and the beach. We’d recommend it to anyone.

The best part for me was the little kitty, Shadow, he is such a charmer. İ will miss Casita Casita. Thank you for making our stay so amazing ladies!

United KingdomWe spent a week at Casita, Casita, Oct 2023. I can honestly say, that it was one of the most enjoyable holiday experiences we have ever had. We loved the spacious, rustic feel of the resort, perched above the beach which is just a five minute walk away. The location is perfect for mooching around the shops, bars and restaurants of Lindos, again just a short walk away. However, what set Casita Casita apart for us was the hosting provided by the two delightful managers, Irina and Moss. Not only did they produce a glorious breakfast each day but they were always on hand to assist will our every need, nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend this resort enough. Tranquil location. Beautiful old olive trees. Great views. Amazing breakfasts outdoors in lovely garden. Comfortable, clean room. Short walk to Lindos main beach and into town. Mos and Irene really looked after us superbly well. Nothing was too much trouble- the management of Casita Casita by Mos deserves special mention.

United KingdomCasita Casita was incredible. The staff and service were amazing, couldn’t recommended enough! Breakfast was lovely. It’s the perfect place to relax, with staff always there to help. It’s only a 5 min walk to the centre and a 5 min walk to the beach so perfect location! The open air club was open Fri and Sat night but this wasn’t an issue at all as they provided us with ear plugs so don’t let this put you off!

United KingdomThe only downside was the club which is very close and is only open Friday and Saturday nights. The hotel kindly offer you ear plugs and it is manageable! For a week long stay we only had it 2/7 nights!
We loved the location to begin with! It was less than a 5 minute walk into Lindos town and about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach! Because of how small the hotel is, when the pool is quiet it almost feels like a private villa! The service and staff was incredible. So polite, friendly and super attentive. Made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. Absolutely brilliant breakfast as well!

United KingdomThe location is excellent, near to both the beaches and the town ( negating the need to join the 60 person queue waiting for a taxi every night ). The staff are SUPERB, making you feel very welcome. It was like staying with good friends rather than a hotel. Everybody mentions the noise of the nearby nightclub, but we DIDN'T hear anything more than a distant (almost soothing) beat and our room was the nearest to the club. All-in-all, we had an excellent stay. Thankyou Mos, Denise & Irina

United KingdomI felt that the room we stayed in was very basic. I was expecting understated, minimalistic luxury. But, it was very basic. We had a mezzanine room, and the stairs were very step, shallow and actually quite slippy. Would’ve also been good to have a little menu for drinks prices, as we ordered their (very good coffee and cocktails) whilst relaxing by the pool, but had no real idea what we were spending! Lastly, I didn’t realise this when booking, but an open air club has opened and will be all season. They are only open on a Friday and Saturday - but my partner and I barely slept on either of those nights, as the club is open from 12-6am! It’s such a shame for this hotel, as it’s otherwise a wonderfully peaceful place.
What a gorgeous little boutique hotel! Perfect spot, right next to main Lindos beach (though we preferred St Paul’s Bay) and a short walk into town, or the bus station if needed. The decor of the general hotel was stunning! The hostesses were wonderful; so kind and welcoming. They gave us lots of restaurant recommendations as well as things to do. The breakfasts were also amazing - so filling, excellent quality and filled us up for the entire day!

United KingdomThere are only a few small things that would have been nice to have but by no means negatively affected our stay. The hotel doesn't serve lunch or dinner and particularly at lunch, it would have been perfect when you're staying by the pool if there was at least a small lunch menu to be able to order from. Irina and Mos aren't chefs but kindly prepared a lovely salad and toastie for us one day when we wanted to stay (5 star attentiveness as always!). There are restaurants/shops really close by, so it's not a big deal but the casita is so nice, that you just want to make the most of it and stay all day at the beautiful pool. There is also a full bar but no proper bar tenders, (again, the ladies can mix basic drinks) so it would be nice to have a few signature cocktails on offer and better wines as there are so many great local wine makers, because again, you just want to hang out there! There is a beautiful outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, so it would be so nice even if there were some set evenings that they hosted a pizza/cocktail night that a chef could be booked for. Lastly, its worth being mindful that the hotel is next to a nightclub that only opens on Fridays & Saturdays. So if you're a light sleeper, you'll notice it and Casita kindly supplies earplugs. The club came AFTER the hotel, Casita staff can't do anything and you can always just avoid staying on a Friday/Saturday. But again, it didn't negatively impact our stay it was just a small thing. We LOVE this place and can't wait to go back!
The perfect stay! What makes this place extra special is the hostesses Mos and Irina, they're so sweet and personable and go to a lot of trouble to make your stay carefree. They'll serve you a really beautiful, huge breakfast (with good coffee) and give you great tips on how to make the most of your time and where eat (which you should definitely listen to!). Mos even got in touch with us before we arrived and arranged an airport taxi for us and stayed up until 1am to welcome us and even made sure there was a snack after our long journey, which was so much appreciated! The property is gorgeous and peaceful, perfectly situated between the beach and old town, less than a 5 minute walk to each. The rooms are lovely and have everything, down to comfy beds, high quality products that include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, moisturiser and a decent hair dryer (so you really can travel light!). We enjoyed some quiet pool days at the property which was so nice because there are always loungers free, as there are only 7 rooms so the hotel is never overcrowded, which was such a refreshing change! Lindos is the perfect small holiday town with history, great bars/restaurants, beaches, local wines, boutiques and close by towns to explore. It's a stress-free place to potter around. We will certainly be back very soon, thank you so much for a stay that exceeded our expectations!

Irelandwe wish we could have stayed longer.
We spent 4 nights in Casita Casita Lindos, we would have stayed longer only it was booked out! I'm not surprised, it's beautiful. The breakfast is gorgeous, make sure you keep room for the eggs! Irina and Mos were amazing hosts! We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. The rooms are so comfortable and cool. The location was so close to Lindos Beach, and we spent most of our time at a beach restaurant called Palestra( It's a must-visit). I Preferred this beach to St.Pauls Bay( which is also only a 10-minute walk from here). It is very close to walk into Lindos at night where there are so many restaurants and bars. I don't normally write reviews but this place was beautiful.

United KingdomWe hired a very small car so it wasn't an issue for us but Lindos town is historic and the roads down to it are narrow, and parking spaces are tight, so hire the smallest car you can. Coaches manage to get up and down there, but for parking purposes it's definitely easier to park a smaller one. Parking is free in low season (we visited in May) but is charged for during summer.
Where to start! The moment we arrived we were greeted with a beautiful fruit platter and lemonade, and sat down with the host Irina who told us all about the property and the area. She recommended restaurants, booked us taxis, and waited on us hand and foot. The location of the hotel is a stones throw from the heart of Lindos but just enough away for it to feel peaceful. It's the perfect spot to watch the sun rise, and the breakfasts were amazing (so generous that we would stash the leftovers in our fridge and nibble them throughout the day). The rooms themselves are tasteful, comfortable, and come with high quality toiletries made from local honey. The pool area is paradise, with views of the acropolis and of swallows dipping down to feather their wings in the pool water. We felt like we were the only guests there, even though all 8 rooms were occupied. The beaches are a short walk away (albeit up and down hills, but such is Rhodes). Honestly this place is an absolute gem, and both Irina and Mos are exceptional hosts. Thank you for making us feel like VIPs during our stay.

United KingdomNothing.
We were welcomed with open arms by the lovely Andreas and Elena, they both made us feel at home and ensured that we were relaxed and smiling. An amazing healthy breakfast was included which was served on their gorgeous terrace with wonderful views. Everything has been beautifully designed and the hotel is super quiet but you are right in the centre of Lindos so you have easy access to the beach, walks, shopping, bars and restaurants. Both Andreas and Elena had great recommendations for us to do while we were in Rhodes so I would highly recommend picking their brains!
