The food was mediocre, the noise isolation in the room was awful(you can hear all the cars, motorcycles and people outside).

The location is good, close to the center, the room was clean, there was a close parking, the staff was nice.

The noise from the rooms was quite disruptive. The walls are pretty thin so be aware that is it quite noisey. The road outside is also very loud with motorbikes, especially during the night. If you can opt for a room facing the pool I would!

The location was perfect for getting to the Old town and around the beaches. Just a short walk and through the beautiful castle area. The food was also very tasty, with a variety to pick from daily.

Our room (executive suite) didn’t have any closets or places to put our (2 adults and child) clothes in so it was very uncomfortable to have them piled up in the suitcase during all the days we stayed. Another disturbing thing was that the other guests were smoking on the balconies so the smoke came into our room as we held the doors open during staying in our room.

Location next to the old town is very convenient to walk just few minutes and enjoy everything it has to offer. Next to the hotel, there is a big playground for children which is super nice when travelling with the little ones. Super nice, positive, helpful and kind staff, especially at the reception (Rania and the young woman doing the evening shift on the 18.04 and 19.04) and restaurant area (including bar). As we were travelling with a little child, they did the absolute best to make our stay super smooth and amazing! The big selection of foods and everything is so tasty.

Lift was too small, no hanging rail on balcony. Bar seating area for people to sit and have evening drinks was too small.

Lack of storage facilities within the room. Lack of public area toilet facilities serving the pool area, bar, and restaurant, only two toilets for women. No pool shower, that we could find. No signs advising not to jump or dive into the pool, which should be present as there is no lifeguard and people sunbathe on the edge of the pool.

The location for access to the historic Old Town is perfect, so easy to walk to. The spacious room and walk-in shower with good provision of shower/shampoo, coffee and tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and good attention to hygiene in the dining area.

All inclusive means that & when we arrived there was sparkling wine & cappuccinos but after one day they were not available. The staff member behind the bar was quite rude about it.

The pool is a bit small, and when there is a lot of guests it’s becoming quite hard to get a spot.

As for the food it was various and tasty however coffe could be a bit better. Coctails on the bar was a bit too sweet for me, but Ouzo was really good and refreshing. Great staff - always helpful, always smiling - awesome people!!! Room was not too big, but very neat and clean, bad was very comfortable and AC worked as it should. Bathroom was also very nice, with rain shower and a lot of room around the sink where you could keep your cosmetics. The location is also very good. Everything was pretty much in a walking distance - 5 mins to the Old Town, 15 mins to the wavey beach and beautiful rocky coast, 20 mins to the marina with a lot of boat trip attractions. If you are planning a long distance trip, there is a Car Rental company just few steps away from the Hotel - super convenient! Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would deffinitely recommend this Hotel to everyone.
