I'm traveling now for more than 20 years several times a year to Chios. This accomodation was the best one I had on the island. It is a perfect place to stay in the heart of Chios. It is a fully equipped house with anything you can ask for. Fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware you use at your own house, laundry and drier, all the daily needs, also extra stock for everyhing; detergents, soaps, toilet paper, water, coffee, tea and bottles of quality wine complimentary.. The host, John is a perfect man who is a real gentleman. Kind, helpful and generous and always online with a message distance ready to help. The house is very clean, even the pillows under the covers smell fresh laundry which is a rare thing at hotels. Easy check in and check out with an smart door locker. A vintage renovated two floor Greek house which you will fancy the unique feeling of a Greek İsland and history. Thank you very much for a perfect stay.

A) It is at a very popular small square full of lovely restaurants; the flip side: at nights it gets crowded and noisy. If you close the windows and put the Aircon, it is alright. B) it has very steep stairs: I don't think the elderly and those with a baby would be comfortable. For couples it is perfect.

it is a little, beautifully refurbished traditional house that has everything you might need. Very central, 1 minute away from the harbour. Best internet connection in a guest house I have ever seen!

Really nothing!

The accommodation felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, welcoming, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The fully equipped kitchen was a highlight for me, making it easy to prepare meals just like I would at home. The washer, iron, and other essentials were also available, which added a lot of convenience to my stay. One of the standout features of this accommodation is its central location. It's situated in the heart of the island, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Being close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the port made my daily adventures a breeze. What truly made my stay exceptional was the host. They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I booked the accommodation, they were in constant communication, providing helpful tips and recommendations for my trip. Throughout my stay, they continued to check in, making sure I had everything I needed.

It may be difficult for old people to go upstairs by stairs and come downstairs for toilet.

The place is really close to the port and the center. It was very clean. You can find anything you want in the kitchen. The owner always responded me fast and he was very helpful through our whole stay. Thanks for everything.

It was not a problem for us, but some people may be disturbed by parties in the square. Also, it is not an apartment for people with mobility problems because the bedroom and a small living room are accessible by stairs. For us, of course, it was not a problem.

This beautiful apartment is in a great location. Close to the city center, bus station, beautiful promenade. The apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen contains a modern induction hob, oven, enough kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses. The bedroom is located on the first floor and contains a very comfortable bed, table, chairs, cabinets, TV. The bathroom is also new and very comfortable. The owner is very communicative and responds to messages almost immediately. We were also able to check-in early morning , right after getting off the ferry.

The location of the house is really close to the center and port. Also being in old town (castle) was amazing. Lots of cafes and restaurants are just 5 mins walking distance. The house was extremely clean and has everything what could be needed. All appliances are working well, never had problem. Enough space for more than 2 persons. I'd like to Iannis for his quick and kind replies. Definitely recommend the house.Hope to stay here again.

Those who crave for some peacefullness and quietness at night, sorry weekends can be a bit tough to sleep. Saturday night was quite noisy until midnight. Yes it's better to stay outside, but we went to Chios for a long weekend, for the Hardstone Trail Race, had to sleep earlier. Pls bear that in mind if you come for the race.

The house/apartment is so cute and is like in the pictures. It's really like home. Located inside the castle -so cool! Also located on a popular square. Townhall is only 100m away. Ground floor is a kitchen, where it is equipped with everything you would need. Machines worked well. Owner is really following up all the time whether you are ok to self check in and out. Everything went really well.

It is hard to find something unsatisfying and worthy of mentioning. I had some problems with the internet but the owner of the apartment was alert enough to have them solved right away.

It was an outstanding stay because all basic elements were there in abundance and in real quality. The renovation of the apartment had just been completed, the electric appliances were brand new, in the right place , nothing missing. There was even a washing machine which I did not find in other apartments I rented in the past. It was a 3-level apartment which made its area actually bigger than advertised. The location was "historical" , meaning it was inside the walls of the castle that used to protect medieval Chios. It took you about four minutes to walk to the very center of the city, where you could find buses, museums, restaurants and everything you wished.
