I didn’t like that Junero the animator followed us around for most of the time and wouldn’t really leave us alone. The male receptionist at night kept screaming at guests we saw him do it four times whilst there. Could do with a few more sunbeds as if you didn’t put your towel down really early you absolutely could not get one!

The female animators Kristina and Alice were so friendly and the receptionist Zophia was so helpful especially when we needed taxis arranging etc. The bed was really comfy and the aircon worked well, I am a fussy eater and although there was some food I didn’t fancy there was always something I could eat. The drink cocktail options on offer changed every day but most of the time there was a nice one. The bar staff at the evening bar Michalis (sorry we were not sure how to spell) and Niko were so lovely, as well as very funny and always made drinks quickly.

Sunbeds are being reserved from 5.30am and not by the British People sneaking around in the dark I'm an early riser so sat on the balcony watching Animation team , the guy who is obviously the main man very disorganised, karaoke was badly done , has favourites no presentation skills, British not really catered for , kids disco , 90 German language, Same old songs from 15 years ago , I worked in Greece for 11 years in entertainment, Needs a revamp and organisation Drinks not great , are they watered down ??????? Beer ok 👍

Great size room , with stunning sea view , air con was not great but kicks in eventually. The pool area is fantastic , food was pretty considering the size of the hotel , nice and clean everywhere.

Though we only went in the restaurant twice for breakfast and once in the evening the food wasnt v good ! Ican maybe excuse the evening as it was the night of the power cut but again when there are All Inclusive guests the food is never generally good in my experience

One of the rooms we took was smell bad and the AC did not work well, they promised to change the room and you did not as well did not fix the AC , the food was sometimes good sometimes not the hotel should have their own shuttle

Our hotel room did not have any air conditioning, fans, or screens for the balcony door so you had to choose between being unbearably hot or let bugs into the room. WiFi did not work at all. Hotel is very dated in general.

The location and view from balcony were the only good things about this place.

Animator Dmitryj was drank every evening. The food was the same every second day. Pool was not clean, so we had to rent a car and go to the beach nearby. At the end of the week they finally cleaned it. The towels and pillows were washed but still dirty.

Location!!! Far away from Faliraki,, Room was nice, big and clean,, but! Lights were not all lighting!! There were 3-4 lights not working at all, so I had les lights in the evening! Two lights in front of door was off/dark!!/ Shower and waste pipe were stuck for 2 days, I couldn’t enjoy shower properly there was all wet in bathroom, but after my report they fixed that quickly. Digital Safe Box lock was broken after 2 days and I had to go to report that, they gave me a key. AirCondition was also unable to set up properly I had to call maintenance again but they fix it quickly. Employees/Staff(manager)in the dinner canteen! I expect a little bit polite service, but more nice please, more kind costumer service.

I like Hotel is big and very pretty interior, I love swimming pool area and Bar area. I like restaurant and breakfast/dinner menu. Small shop inside in hotel was perfect idea too. I love how quickly Reception call Taxi service 5-7min that was great! Room was big and clean with beautiful balcony. Lady at reception was soo nice very lovely and helpful lady with kind smile.Bar stuff we’re soo lovely and nice too.I can recommend this hotel for people to have lovely holiday.

- Photos from the Booking.com of the hotel and the real situation have only some similarities - The rooms looks old fashionable; furniture, walls, floor, ceiling, bathroom.... are not in the best conditions (you can see it on my photos) - Some representatives of the hotel’s staff were rude, especially those who are working in canteen - Food was very cheap and there was no great choice of it - In case if you choose half-board stay (when you have breakfast and dinner), it won’t include any drinks during dinner (you can only have warm water from water-cooler) - They also don’t have any printed menu of drinks due to coronavirus (although all other restaurants in Greece have menus despite the fact of coronavirus measures). You need to order drinks from waiters who should remember all positions from the menu, but some of them does not speak English - One more point is that if you are half - board, staff’s attitude toward you will be totally different. They probably think that you are too poor to buy all-inclusive. Honestly, we were glad that we did not have all-inclusive as we had a chance to eat a good quality food outside this hotel. - There are not enough sun beds around the pool, and it closes at 6pm. Indeed, they does not provide towels for the pool due to coronavirus AND - Despite the fact that it is 4 stars hotel you will have only one towel, one small soap and one sample of shampoo per person. Coronavirus is just a suitable excuse for saving more money. If they are so afraid of it why we did not have hand sanitizers in our rooms and why they did not provide face masks?!

The air conditioning in our room was quiet old. When we closed it, the temperature was warm almost instantly. Maybe an investment regarding the air conditioning in some of the rooms, would be good.

A wonderful hotel, were we spent a dream vacation. Anthony Quinn and Ladiko beaches are near the hotel and you can walk to them. The very friendly staff, especially the head waiter from the hotel's restaurant, where we had breakfast and dinner, was very attentive with all guests in order to have everything they needed and was always smiling and having such a good vibe. Congratulations to Chef for the delicious and varied food and sweets, everything was so good....

The food was poor quality and you could not buy any premium drinks just the very poor local spirits and 1 beer type without an argument about why the local spirits were not acceptable!!! They would not provide Pool towels because of Covid!! So every one took their room towels instead which is even less safe. Madness! The waiter at breakfast put unused cutlery from a used table back in the cutlery draw - not good Covid practice.

Resort is a little out of town but it is still lovely. The beach that is mentioned to be near by is down a VERY steep hill.
