I asked certain facilities for my disabled aged mother, but we got a room with a step to the bathroom and as it came out the room we got was the only with the lowest step.

We were given a room with a view for one night and later we got changed to a room with no view.

food for breakfast was cold on the first morning and just warm on the second, rooftop restaurant was closed and we weren't aware of this.

A shower over a bathtub is a bit awkward for older patrons. The rooftop terrace was closed on the occasion of our last stay because the tourist season hadn’t started and the weather on some days was inclement. We could have asked for it to be opened.

This hotel was beautifully decorated in a classic English manner by the original owners, a brother and sister. They had style! Thus it is a little dated in terms of colours but as it is immaculately maintained and cleaned it is still in very good nick. The hotel has been made into a Foundation so the proceeds benefit various charities on Corfu. The staff were very helpful. There is a roof top terrace with great views.

Shower needed a holder up high as you needed to hold shower head with one hand and wash with other. Although roof terrace was not open and room didn't have balcony if you had been ou and just wanted to sit outside the terrace was not available so you had to walk over road and find a park bench.

You cannot beat the historical Cavalieri hotel for the views. Worth the money to get a room with a balcony at the front. Beautiful view of the water and old fort, looking out over the Esplanade. Close walk to the center of things and all the shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet.

The wifi was the worst I have experienced in a hotel for 10 years. It dropped out on connection frequently, and even when connected it took 10 minutes to establish Internet connection. On top of that, in our room, the wifi would not allow you to upload even small images on email (I had to go down to the lounge to achieve this).

The location, right on the Spianda in the Old Town was excellent, and being able to park the car close by on the sea front made it very practical. The room was fine and the breakfast was tasty and varied.

No refreshment tray in bedroom,breakfast selection poor and the lift was temperamental

Bright airy bedroom with magnificent views over Garisata Bay.Double aspect from French doors opening onto Juliet balcony and large windows on opposite wall.Very comfortable bed,Rooftop bar and restaurant again offered beautiful view's over town and sea..Would definitely stay again as offers easy access to both town and port area.

Great location with easy access to Corfu Town, shops, restaurants, museums etc. Ideal for our purpose which was a stop over before and after visiting Paxos. Rooms are large, clean, well furnished with comfortable beds. Both the rooms we used had very pleasant sea views.

The sea view room is so worth it - breathtaking views of the old fort from my 4th floor balcony. The staff are courteous and attentive and it has an old world charm. Don't expect a super modern bathroom, but clean, a powerful shower and with the view, location and the rooftop bar/restaurant, all adds up to a great experience!

The view was not very good, just looking down to a small street or alley way. There was no kettle or any glasses or mugs to drink from. We had to buy coffee when we arrived as we could not make one in the room. In other hotels for much less price there is at least coffee, tea and kettle in the room. And glasses and mugs. We had to queu ages for coffee at breakfast. The fruit was not nice, not soft like we used to have it in the Mediterranean. The room was very dark. Only one small window, no balcony.

It was very clean and the location was good. The staff was very friendly. The water was nice and hot, shower had good pressure.

The rooftop bar wasn't open which is one of the reasons we booked it. Even the bar in the hotel wasn't open when we got back at 10pm.

The location was great & a lovely traditional hotel. An amazing view from our balcony & very clean. The breakfast was really nice.
