Our stay at this apartment was perfect. Marios was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is very well situated. I can only recommend. If we return to Athens, we will definitely stay here again.

The host is wonderful! He provided a lot of great information - we were blown away by all of the work he had done to make our stay restful and relaxing. The apartment is lovely and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. I slept like a rock so I assume that means the bed is comfortable. It is really convenient to a a train stop and most of the major attractions in the city. It is also within walking distance to some light shopping and restaurants. We would recommend and would stay again!

It is the great apartment, clear, cozy, near the centre (two stops by metro). Marios was very helpful, if we will go to Athens again, we will back in this accommodation.

There are 7-8 steps in the main entrance and then a very small lift, so it was quite tricky to go in and out from the apartment with my 16-month-old kid with the stroller.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment with all that we need it for our stay, plus free cot, high chair and a lots of toys for my kid. Free parking. Very close to metro station. Marios is an excellent host.

Nice apartment with parking lot close to center,the owner was really nice and the apartment wasn’t dirty or moldy.In the fridge we had 5 bottles of water,orange juice,they gave us toast jam,butter and honey,we had there two coffee makers,one filter coffee and one with capsules.There was also an hot water machine.The bathroom had towels for the shower.The beds were made and a very nice balcony.

The apartment is clean and quiet, Marios was so helpful with everything, any question we had was answered right away. The area is very nice and quiet, a lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

It was very clean, modern furniture, equipped with everything we needed, well connected to the city center. Quiet at night. There were even some toys for the kids. The free parking.

I didn't like anything. The partment is fully equiped. very comfortable, everything works. they have 3 very powerfull Air Conditioner mini-splits, 1 on each room and 1 more in the family room. probably the only needed thing is a new frying pan and rubber spatulas, that way the frying pans will last longer and not get scratches on the teflon.

Marios received us at his property, he has excellent communication via whatsapp. he handed us the keys and explained us everything. he even helped us with restaurant suggestions and showed us from his TV Maps app the location and nearest supermarkets and subway station. Also gave me some tips of what not to do, where not to go. etc. People in Greece is very kind.

Marios welcomed us to our accomdation and explained everything we needed to know about our stay in Athens. The location was convenient to the metro only 200m walk and 2 stops away from Acropolis station. The accommodation was excellent Super clean and comfortable with a balcony. We loved our stay in Athens. Highly recommend for all travellers couples and families. We had plenty of room for a family of 5.

The location was very good. Easy walk to Metro and two short stops to the City Center. The host were the best you could expect. Marios and his brother Aris did everything to make sure we had a great stay. The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities you would want. Very good communication.

The appartment was quiet, clean, comfortable, well designed and well built (with attention to detail). It doesn’t feel like a hotel or typical rental, but more like home. Everything seemed like somebody really invested a lot of time, money and effort into the appartment to make it as comfortable as possible. Beds were comfy, we had nice sleep. Everything smelled nice and fresh (sheets, towels, A/C). Smart TV with good internet connection, keyboard and a mouse, two coffee machines, fully equipped kitchen (the sort of details I meant above). And of course the enormous and genuine hospitality of the host (Marios). Our flight was rerouted and delayed and instead of 4PM, we arrived at 4AM the next day and Marios was in contact the whole time, trying to help us during that situation and then being there up all night to give us the keys and warm welcome along with fruits, juice and water. Just exceptional! :)

The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Marios was an exceptional host who greeted us upon arrival and took the time to orient us to the neighborhood. Parking facility was easy to access and nearby bakery/cafe with delicious desserts was an added bonus. Would definitely highly recommend to others visiting Athens.
