The view from the balcony is not picturesque but also not without interest. The upside is that its location is very quiet to enjoy a beer or two!

Excellent facilities and reasonable location for bars/restaurants and nearby tourist attractions. There is also a large balcony. Theo provided a lot of useful info and was readily available for any assistance.

It would have been useful to have a tourist map of Athens available in the apartment.

Good size apartment with well stocked kitchen incl, coffee machine. Corn flakes, coffee etc provided meant we didn't have to buy breakfast, but bring your own milk. Comfortable bed and plenty of room. Great location for restaurants and access to taxis. Didn't meet the owner but he gave good recommendations via WhatsApp.

Cleanliness, breakfast toast what my husband loved. The slippers was a nice touch. Easy access to get in and out. Ooh don't talk about the area those shops was amazing 🤩.

Just 3 things, intermittent wifi (would be unavailable randomly for some time), really small shower cubicle, and no mirror in the apartment except the bathroom.

It was a very comfortable 4- night stay at the apartment. The apartment is new and clean with a lift. There are two bedrooms, one with a softer mattress and the other had a firmer one. We had a terrace as well. Everything was as described. In addition, they also provided basic breakfast items. The host never met us but was reachable via WhatsApp and helped us with all our queries and requests. They allowed us an early check-in, which was very helpful as we landed early. The location is at a walkable distance from the major archaeological attractions (around 20-25 min walk max). There are supermarkets, eateries, shopping streets, etc. all nearby. We felt very safe during our stay.

Everything is okay

The location is perfect, near to city centre without the noise of it. Theo is great, he gives us a complete information how to arrive to the apartament, places to visits and where to eat. The apartament is nice, It has the necessary kitchen appliances, Theo also provides biscuits, mermalades and cereal. It has a terrace, though don't expect any view. It also has a locker to keep the luggage after check out.

The caretaker of the building met us and showed us into the apartment. All good. We could leave our suitcases in a locker when we checked out and that was super accommodating. We loved the location.

Absolutely nothing.

Was just perfect for my short stay. The studio was very clean, contains everything I was needed. If you travel as a couple - it is right what you need (IMHO). The staff was very helpful and carry, communicated with me in advance with all the instructions and many other local tips and info. The location itself is really close to Syntagma square (8 min walk), also metro station and X95 bus terminal to the airport. Many restaurants, bars, stores around. Very satis with my stay there and for sure I will be back there again.

There wasn’t a full length mirror which is my only criticism, but in the lift it is all mirrored and the bathroom mirror was fairly large

The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need- 3 different ways to make coffee and a lemon juicer! Pillows and sheets were very soft and comfortable too

Last night we were there a car parked very close to the entrance limiting the opening of the security gate. This made it difficult for us to get in at 12:30 am. I was concerned that this could be a barrier if medical emergency or evacuation needed at night. There was barely room to admit a person through the gate. I guess I’m always thinking of the worse situation.

Clean convenient. Codes for front gate and door to room so we didn’t have to worry about keys. There is a lift in the building. Kitchen but we did not use. Outside balcony where we ate breakfast. Host sent food and beverage recommendations that were much appreciated. Nice shower.

There was very little not to like about the stay. The plates in the apartment are not microwave free. The bed could do with a replacement as it was bouncy throughout. The shower area is quite small and was difficult to navigate.

The location was close to everything in the city. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities for a short stay.

Compact but well equipped studio. Located in the city center in a nice area with lots of bars and restaurants, but still very quiet. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, Theo and his assistant were very helpful.

Whilst there is a view of the Acropolis, it is pretty restricted. It's not a slight on the property at all as it is exactly as advertised, and none of the images are misleading. I would just have liked a nicer view, but that's just personal preference. Plus we weren't in the apartment long enough that it was really an issue at all.

Previous to us arriving, the host Theo sent me a text with a list of instructions on how to locate the property, and how to get into the building as there is a door code on the outside gate that is closed from 8pm onwards so security is good. Then there's a code for the hallway just outside the lift in order to get to the apartments, again another added level of security. Then there is a code to the lockbox for your apartment. You can keep the key with you (which is what we did), or you can put the key back in the lockbox once you return from your day out. Theo also provided us with an extensive list of places to see, and places to eat and drink which we used and some of the suggestions were perfect! There is a maid that comes and can do up the room if you would like, you can also just tell her not to do it today.

Excellent communication with Theos before we got there and while we were there. Always available to answer questions and give tips on places to see and things to do. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Takis was there on our arrival and made us feel right at home.

Theo is such a helpful host, arranging taxi transfers for us and sending suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment is perfectly placed for exploring the sights. It is very comfortable, well equipped and value for money.
