The only issue is the pool does not get any sun after dinner time so you can not chill around the pool if you want sun.

We booked 5 superior rooms all were very nice and clean. Maid came in every day. We had half board the food was very good and always tasty with a good selection of dishes. The waiting staff were always around clearing away and being attentive. The hotel is central for all things in the town.

The only issue was that the low placement of the light fixtures at the headboard of the bed. Couldn't sit up properly on the bed without the light fixture getting in the way..

The bathroom- it was small and water was running from another bathroom (not ours) and it was collecting under the toilet. The money vault was locked and we could'nt use it. The TV cable didn't fit in the TV so we couldn't watch tv.

Super frendly staff. They clean the room everyday and the sheets and towels every 4th day. The food was good and different from day to day.

I asked for a 1 hour later checkout and you'd think I'd asked for a pot of gold and a full refund seemed far too much hassle. Sad given I didn't arrive until 1am and so had paid for a full day's room without using it. Also there were a lot of power and WiFi outages due to the heat.Very unreasonable and not chill. Also people were smoking all the time it was disgusting even at breakfast you were not free of the stench of smokers seriously gross 🤮🤢

The food let the hotel down a bit this time. I've always been happy with the quality and variety of food at this hotel, but it wasn't quite up to the usual standard this year. The hot food wasn't particularly hot and wasn't as flavourful or enjoyable as in previous years.

I've stayed at this hotel many times now and will probably stay many more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Butch, Yiannis and Stratos. I was pleased to see they now have a little cat feeding/watering station at the hotel so that the strays don't need to bother the guests - it would be good to learn that they expand this into helping with neutering too! My room was cleaned regularly, towels replaced when I needed them, comfortable bed, functional air conditioning and everything in working order. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the centre of town but just far enough off the main street to be peaceful in the evening.

For the price we paid we were really happy

We returned from Central Hersonissos yesterday, we were a group of 10 middle aged ladies celebrating various friends birthday . The staff were absolutely amazing . Big shout to Gentjan for all his lovely cocktails, shots , and all his local information, Butch and the other reception staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. The hotel is in a great location , breakfast is great and the price was so good . Thank you to all staff, we had the best holiday !

my room on the first day i was given a room on lower floor right beside the kitchen s i asked to change as i had no balcony and it opened onto main str the guy at reception was very helpful and moved me to the 3 rd floor I had to move rooms 3 times it was the only way they could have facilitate me on the 3 rd floor the second room was situated under neath laundry on 4 th floor which was going 24|7i found it difficult to sleep due to the constant noise coming from 4 th floor

it was ideally location meals were very good standard and staff were very helpfull

The standard room for 3 persons is small. The bath shape is very poor, unpleasant. Altough we said to the reception about the bags and mosquito in room,and about the water on the floor,nothing done.

Unfortunately Central Hersonissos was not open for my booking. However they quickly rebooked me into Sergios Hotel which was close by. Communication was very good and everything was arranged well in advance. Everything went smoothly on checking in to Sergios Hotel. Unfortunately I cannot comment on Central Hersonissos facilities due to it being closed. I believe it will be open towards the end of May 2022

The only thing we did not like was wearing gloves in dining area. Very pointless in 'covid prevention' as you touch the same with gloves as with hands, massive impact on environment, hand gel would be more than enough.
