The hotel was very modern, clean and well looked after inside and outside. The owners were a lovely family who did their best to make you feel welcome. The property has everything you need including breakfast if you like for an extra charge, a reception bar and a swimming pool so you don’t need to leave if you like to chill by the pool all day. The property is also very close to the Parga town so you can easily walk there or be there in two mins by car! Would recommend and definitely will be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

This family run boutique hotel is beautiful in and out, with a perfect location just 10min walk from center of Parga in a quiet and peaceful area. I was worried about the comments regarding the hill and walk, but it turn out to be a small hill, very manageable, compared to all other hill properties all over Parga. The rooms are very nice, big shower, comfortable bed, nice small kitchenette, cleaned every day, the pool area is nice and chill - unfortunately did not test it since we stayed off season now end of April, but will do next time for sure. What made our stay special and wonderful was our host - Theo and his family and staff! He was so welcoming and friendly, always available if necessary. "We made our best memories around the table" - in his restaurant - excellent staff, friends and most of all amazing food and great white wine! Kudos to the chef - brother Leo :) They made us feel like we were home surrounded by family! Big hugs and love from me and Miloš, see you soon!

About 10 minute walk into town down a steep hill.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff attentive. Breakfast very nice delivered to the room. Overall great modern and clean hotel

The parking! The hotel is located hillside up a steep road. Many rental cars makes the parking space limited. One afternoon it was only parking space outside my door. Therefore I couldn’t turn my car properly and got stucked with one wheel outside the steep mountain road. Very stressful situation! Luckily for me, two young British guys (who also were guests at the hotel), heard my desperate hoot and run to come and help me. Thank you guys, you saved me and you’re my heroes! Wonder what I’ve done without you?

It was a bit of a walk to Parga’s beachfront, but it was good to stretch our legs in between swimming sessions!

It is a very beautiful place to stay in Parga, with a nice view, places to park a car and a lovely swimming pool area. You can really feel that the owners did their best. They also keep recommendations from previous guests for beaches and activities, so you won’t feel overwhelmed by all the choices.

Fantastic Stay and big thanks wonderful hosts at the lovely Charisma Boutique Hotel. The team it Charisma were always available to assist with any requests and questions we had. Located 10 mins from Parga central. Nice new rooms and faculties.

Very well positioned, in a quiet area. The staff is amazing, Theodor and Ilona have managed to create something very special there. Everybody is kind and more than happy to help :) I will definitely return to this wonderful place.

The property has exceeded our expectations! The design of the room, the cleanliness, towels were changed on the daily. The bed was comfortable and there is a sliding net door against the mosquitoes that I highly value! The A/C worked impeccably and is easily adjustable. There are parking spaces available if travelling by car. We really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend, 10/10 from us!

Great location with short stroll in to town. Pool area really well maintained. Rooms exceptionally clean. Owner extremely hard working guy, genuinely wanted everything to be perfect with our stay. Definitely recommend dining at his restaurant too. Had such a great week. Hopefully we will return to Parga and stay here again. Thankyou to your wife and all your hardworking team.

Excellent family room layout with young kids. Proximity to main beaches/bars was 2minute drive or short walk. Very modern styling and spacious. Very friendly owners and staff.
