Beautiful accommodation  , with wonderful views of the sea and the village, you need a car because you are 5km from the beach high on the hill in a beautiful village after an olive tree plantation. Breakfast was wonderful ,a single menu option but every day was different , the room was very nice. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much Tanya.

Lovely location, lovely and friendly helpful hosts. The room was very clean and comfortable. We hiked around and the trails are beautiful. The view is stunning. Breakfast is simple home made. Both Tania and her husband are very welcoming. WiFi is good.

The inn authentic and beautiful. Superior cleanliness, the breakfast delicious, varied and plentiful, clearly all home cooked. The hosts an absolute delight. They had lots of suggestions for good restaurants, activities, etc. Our stay was just wonderful.

We liked everything

The host was very heart welcoming. If we ever come to Sithonia we are going to came to drink one coffee with her again. Amazing host! The facility was clean, quiet and calm. The view was fascinating. Everything was super!

I cannot think of something.

Amassing host. We had lovely breakfast every morning ( he even prepared to-go when we left morning for the boat trip) accompanied with delicious sweet cakes (made by Tania and his lovely wife) and fruits. We had clean towels, bed made and clean room, fridge, small kitchinet and air condition. Giannis advised us several beaches, places to eat and all were great. He is very friendly, speaks very good English, makes you feel like visiting an old friend. The location is 4.5 km approx going from the beach up-hill but it's really worthed, especially that in Greece we visit many beaches not just one nearby and the road is filled with olive trees and pines. The view from. Balcony is spectacular every morning, the quiet and old streets nearby. We really, really recomend! ❤️

Indeed, the name given to this house is deserved!👍 It is pleasant and relaxing to stay a few days in this traditional Greek location (from the decoration of the clean rooms to the delicious breakfast, prepared and arranged with a lot of heart and love by Tania's mother and Giannis' wife)! The hosts welcomed us with great warmth and politeness, they gave us all the information we needed, the stories about village Parthenonas, even the stories about greek food and cookies!

Everything was just great

The guest house is well located in a nice and quite forest village 5km away from Neos Marmaras with excellent view. The rooms are big, clean and very nice furnished, with all equipment you need. All rooms have excellent view. The breakfast that Gianis`s wife is preparing is just great and very delicious, big portions and different tasty meal each morning. The owners are really great people, excellent service. You guys do a great job! We really enjoyed the time we spent at Chorostasi. This place matches "arrive as customers but leave as friends". Definitely would recommend if you plan to take a rest at this beautiful part of Greece just few km away from the crowd.

A bit far away from the main street, but this was expected. Unfortunately, getting there is a bit dangerous. Many careless drivers actually.

Very quiet and charming village in the nice mountain, only 5-6 km from the beaches of Neos Marmaras, enough far from crowd, enough near the sea and beach. Best place if you are with a car in Sithonia. The house is very cozy and clean. The hospitality of Giannis is unsurpassed. Every morning Mrs Tania welcomes with delicious , homemade breakfasts. The view from the balcony of each rooms is amazing. 1000% recommended for relaxing and nice summer sea vacation.

The mattress was not suitable for people like us having back pains, but this is something that can be definitely improved in the future. TV channels/stations should include some science channels like Discovery, History, etc. for those of us who watch TV and are not yet well acquainted with the Greek language :))), actually who don't understand more than Kalimera, Kalispera, and Kolokithokeftedes - pour les connaisseurs only :)))) This is more like and advice than a dislike ;)

Oh, what should I start with? Everything was wonderful. The location of the guest house and the surrounding area make you feel, as soon as you arrive there, like you stepped back in time into a small historical and romantic village right in the heart of nature. The sinuous road up the mountain through pine trees alternating with olive trees while driving toward the village offers you breathtaking views of the valley and of the sea as sun sets on the horizon. The house is one among the first you discover as you enter the village, after you pass by a small tavern, all covered in large stones (a detail we love about Greek houses), perfectly located facing the valley and the sea. We were kindly welcomed by Giannis, our host and manager of the property. The owners, mama Tania, her son Giannis and their family are some of the nicest people and hosts we've ever met, always friendly and eager to please and make the guest feel well acquainted and accommodated, not to forget about the delicious breakfast we had every morning, cooked by mama Tania like a real chef. Giannis had been very kind and gave us a some tips about things to do in the area, beautiful beaches to go to, taverns with delicious sea food where to eat, and so on. We will definitely miss our morning coffee chats on various topics and the good laughs we had with him and mama Tania, making us forget almost every day that we should leave in order to get to the beach earlier before it gets to crowded :))))) We had a great time and we thank you very much for that! Big hugs! P.S. Oh, yes, a few words about the accommodation...well, the room was large enough for us, clean, tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed, even a small refrigerator to keep some fresh fruits and a bottle of what we thought it was wine, but it proved us wrong, it was some sweet alcoholic drink tasting more like plant spirits :))) The bathroom and the shower a bit smaller for us, but we managed because we are adaptable persons.

Just be aware that the location is not very close to the beach. The village (Parthenon) is about 5km above Neos Marmaras. This should not be a problem if you have a car (there are many beaches around if you drive around 20 minutes). Due to the location there also might be some problems with the wifi/internet signal and water pressure, so these shall be considered if you want to work remotely from there.

I loved staying here, the hosts genuinely take care about the guests in order to make them feel pampered. This house is located in a pretty village up the hills, where the air is fresh and smells like flowers everywhere, so it might be the recharge you will need. If you love chill relaxing mornings this is the place to be, as the hosts prepare the breakfast for every guest, discuss and give you recommendations. Perfect if you want to disconnect.

We loved everything.

A marvelous place up in the mountains with a breathtaking view of the Aegean sea. The village is so charming with its cobbled ,narrow streets,full of fragrant flowers and greenery. We loved the heavenly song of the nightingales,the olive groves on the way to the village,the romantic evenings spent on the balcony,the cats at the tavernas,the tranquility and the peace.Mrs. Tania and her son are amazing hosts and so friendly. We were feeling like home.The food was so delicious made with meraki( homemade pites,carrot cakes,fresh fruits,greek yoghurt with local honey etc.).We felt truly pampered. Mrs. Tania was great in accommodating out needs for gluten-free breakfast. The rooms were clean, quiet and with amazing view. There's a free, public parking place just next to the rooms.

Very nice hosts, very tasty breakfasts. We loved the atmosphere in this nice mountain village, beautiful view on mountains, woods and to the sea. The place is ideal as a starting point for many hiking trails. Also different beaches are close by. In short: We enjoyed our stay at Chorostasi very much, it is highly recommendable! Thanks a lot!!!
