The second bedroom was narrow for two single beds, so the balcony door couldn't open enough and going around the beds was not easy at all. The shower tap was broken though working somehow but we weren't informed about this "somehow".

The location was excellent, near the port, city and one of the best beaches of the island.

The location is excellent, 10 min by walk from the port. There is a beach just right in front of it, kanali beach which is quite nice. Our room had a sea view and it was really good. If you are looking for a nice and clean place to stay for one or couple of nights, it is the right place.

No lift. We were traveling with an infant and we were climbing everyday to reach our room which was on the 2nd floor.

They have not sent my receipt. I paid cash they had no receipt to give ,they said they would email the receipt and we have not received anything, I emailed and requested to resend the receipt and my email bounced back. I found that dubious.

Some minor inconveniences that must have been circumstancial and did not affect our experience. The toilet seat cover was not properly attached so we had to be careful, a hanger was not properly attached to the wall and the small fridge cabinet was difficult to open (a handle would have been nice). Also, the room lacked a money safe. All in all we had a great experience and those minor inconveniences didn't affect our stay.

Excellent location, a 15 minute walk from the main part of the island of Poros. The room was clean. The bathroom was very spacious and clean, built in a way that doesn't let the water spill everywhere! The balcony was amazing, with a lot of room!

It was painfully average. Had an annoying fridge that cooled your drinks but not enough to get them cold. An Annoying Aircon that didn’t go under 23 degrees the first two out of three nights and was filled with old dust. We were promised Mountain View or sea view, we had both on each side if we leaned over the fence and looked between the houses. We got 1 1/2 toilet roll and a half filled tiny shampoo. Second night we got visited by cockroaches. Only good thing was the location, really. We were there low season so lower prices, would be so disappointed/angry if I paid high season prices for this room.

The room was nowhere close as depicted in the pictures. Hygiene fairly questionable. The bathroom wasn’t as tidy as expected. The balcony is for the namesake there, but doesn’t have enough space to stand. The cupboards in the bathroom are old and rustic. In an emergency would stay again, otherwise would avoid!

I booked a family studio that should have: iron, tv, cooking stove, wifi.. none was found or does not work. - No room service - No cleaning, I asked once to change the towls and I felt embarassed - No desk 24h, just a small shop in the ground floor that closes early dor siesta. - wifi very weak and doesnt qork most of the time. - they don't come to clean in the morning or at least give you tools to clean yourself. We were walking in the dust in the bedroom for 3 days. - I asked her for a taxi, she gave us a wrong number. - we sleep with cockroches as you can see in the photo I uploaded. - no shower gel or soap refilling. - the night lamps on both sides of the bed are stronger and brighterthan the main lighting, so we had to sleep in the total dark. - Tv with scrambled satellite image, the other tv in kids room has no remote control. - air conditioner water sinking in the balcony. - No iron although it is mentioned in the booking. So I had to wear my compredded clothes from my luggage just like that. - they daid they have breakfast on demand. - the room just worth 30 or 40 euro at best, I asked them to order the guy told me you have to come yourself 2 miles away to take it in the morning and there is no delivery, and thia costa 12 euro per person. Just because the rooms are located in kanali beach while their affiliated restau-cafe is in town. The day we left, I just threw the keys without saying goodbye, it's useless to make a point. And I don't want this presumed "Hotel" to contact me or to apologize...I will show off all my anger. HORRIBLE and RUBBISH for 100 euro /night even for free don't go there. I regret
