It would have been better if there had been more drawer space in the bedroom and more towel rails in the bathroom. There was not enough for two people sharing a room.

The building next to the hotel is abandoned,i think it will be renewd, but is was a sad view. With days gone by,i got used to it. The bathroom door coudn't be opened fully,so you could sidle in only. The doors are very loud. Bed was very soft. Breakfast was boring, not so many options, but again it was a very decent price!

The staff was amazing! Eva helped us a lot,the list with some restaurants was also a big help. The room was simple,but for this price had everything you need. Many restaurants,shops,grocerys in the area.

The first room i was allocated 113, should be a store room , right next to the kitchen extractor that made a noise . I was upgraded very quickly , the lady I dealt with was very friendly , very professional. I was very impressed with the whole situation . 5 stars to her and a big thank you

The room was somehow clean, but under the bed we were able to find dirt from the past two month.

The hotel was easy to find and just 5 minutes away from the bus. Due to its location close to the beach, waking up early to see the sunrise was easy to conduct. For breakfast, there was a huge variety of different meals.

The bath was a bit old-fashioned, but together with the shower worked properly. Otherwise nothing I can think of.

Nice helpful staff, smooth check-in procedure, the room had everything I needed (inc. an electric kettle and a small fridge), working AC, a balcony with 2 chairs. The room faced the courtyard, which is not much nice by itself, but the positive thing was that there was not so much noise from the busy street. 4 to 5 minutes´ walk to the nearest beaches, 10 minutes to the Old Town. Very good breakfast with lots of choices.

The sound isolation is quite poor, and from the early morning you would hear neighbours slamming their room door.

The location is perfect, the bed super comfortable, everything was clean, the breakfast also good.

Nothing much, there are few things to improve. The hotel is missing a little of Greek experience overall, maybe is something missing of these family hotels that make you feel at home. The Wi-Fi signal at the 4th floor was really poor, for a decent signal we had to go down at the reception area. The bathtub size is quite small when used as shower. The area can be noisy at night, the location is not the best for restaurants and activities in October, i has the feeling that restaurants even if good in the area were kind of empty and with no life. The cleaning schedule is kind of weird, sometimes we had cleaning ladies coming at 1PM, other times at 3PM, once at 9.30AM, not very consistent and was difficult to understand when we could return without creating issues.

Room was quite large, toilet as well was large and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The bed was of a good size and soft and the air-conditioning was working fine. In the room we had not one but 2 balconies, one quite large with 2 chairs and a table. The hotel is well located, outside of the historical centre, common areas are good and the breakfast provided a good choice of salty and sweet, coffee machine at the breakfast area was below my expectation but the coffee provided at the bar was good

Minor stuff: Some of the furniture was a bit old, but still in good condition.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, very good location. I would like to mention the reception staff was exceptionally friendly and professional . They gave us a free upgrade to a superior room with king size bed, because we requested in our booking a king size bed and for double rooms were remaining available only double beds.

Although a kettle and cups are provided, unbelievably they do not provide tea bags or coffee. I nearly fell over when I went down to ask for some and the receptionist told me that the hotel has a policy of not supplying drinks to be made with the kettle. I am still bewildered. The wi-fi was erratic.

Ideal for a one night stay prior to the next day's flight home. Location is not as pretty as in the medieval town, but ideal for the beach if that's what's wanted. Surrounded by grill restaurants, and bang opposite the excellent Louis restaurant and the big Casino. The hotel has clearly been recently refurbished, and it had a nice, fresh ambience, with a pleasant snack bar/bistro/drinks bar, partly open onto a busy street. Although surrounded by noisy streets, soundproofing was good when the balcony sliding door was shut tight. (But voices at 3am in the corridor and then until 4.15am in the next room woke us up; the rooms are not well soundproofed inwards.) Breakfast was a reasonable buffet, although it could have done with more fruit options than just peach slices.
