Location is central & close to the beach. I have got a room with a sea view, which I definitely enjoyed. Breakfast choice was sufficient & good. Room cleaning every day. Service team is friendly & caring. Reception is helpful. I personally would like to say thank you to (Mrs) Eva for her great recommendations and very friendly genuinely caring attitude.

Water in the jacuzzi was cool. And the apartment requires some renovation.

I loved the sea view from our apartment. Location was also great - everything was within a short walking distance. Breakfasts were nice - everyone could pick something they like.

Bathroom fittings! Towel rail and shower head clamp fell off the wall on separate days. Shower is not very practical -- just fixed over the very small bath, with only curved surface to stand on. Not non-slip and no convenient hand-hold. Most of water ends up on bathroom floor.

Staff very friendly and willing to help with queries. The young lady on reception (Despina) went out of her way to help us organize restaurant and tour bookings.

The hotel is right next to the beach and 10 mins walking from the old center. I really liked staying here for a few days. the breakfast was basic but nice. the staff was super friendly.

toilet is old and so releases bad odours and weird noises. the room can be a bit noisy at night, but its cause it is in such a central location.

Not all superior rooms with jacuzzi have the same display. The pictures advertised showed a larger terrace with cozzy lamps and an entrance hall with sofa.

Polite and attentive staff, particularly the ladies from the reception. We received quick support with all aspects. The rooftop rooms with jacuzzi and seaside view are worth it. Nearby good restaurants, bars and beaches.

Got up too late for breakfast! Reception staff were friendly and helpful. They let us check out 2 hours late and with no charge.

I've booked a double bed for the comfort, but it's actually 2 single beds just standing close to each other. And when you sleep you feel that they are separated. The room itself and the bathroom are clean, but need improvement, looking quite used and old-fashioned. Well, that's a 3 star hotel, but a little less than 3 stars that you expect. And the balcony is looking at the courtyard, where you see an old forgotten dilapidated hotel. Stayed 3 nights and it was okay, but probably would look at other options if they were available.

I've booked last moment, when everything else was already booked. The price was really affordable and cheap comparing to the rest hotels. The location is nice, both close to the old town and beach. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty (expected less to be honest). And the staff was really really nice, everyone was helpful.

the view towards the back of the hotel . there is an abandoned hotel in the back. however the advantage is that it is not noisy at all there . no traffic noise

well located close to city center close to beach with everything at your disposal. downstair there is a lively lounge with a rich buffet.

+ location is just great: 10 minutes from the old town, 5 minutes from the Elli beach, 15 min from the tourist port. There a few car rent agencies just next door. + stuff is very polite and always ready to help

Breakfast was excellent in diversity, cleanliness, and taste. Location is perfect for business and pleasure -- only a walking distance to the old town, harbor, university and lots of stores.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, close to everything including two great bar/restaurants on Elli beach (a 5min walk) for a pleasant evening. I liked the view from my balcony (level 4) with the 1920s Italian-built casino and hotel, and the sea. I thought the buffet breakfast was very good value.
