The street where the hotel was located had a lot of bars and was very noisy.

Because it is a very central location, it was quite noisy until 4 a.m. in the morning. We are not disturbed by noise that much so it was not a big issue on our side. The shower cabin was really small, though the water pressure was good and we hat hot water.

Elena was very helpful, we have arrived a bit earlier than our check in date, and she was not at the office at that time, but she has came only for us to hand out our keys to the room. There is no elevator in the facilities, but she helped us with our bags. The room had a tiny balcony which we fancied, and the room was on the 2nd floor, the bathroom was spacey, the room's size was enough for us. There was a minibar which was working very well. There were also a TV, mostly Greek channels but there were a few English channels.

Waking up at night is guaranteed as the hotel is at the center which was not an issue for us at all.

We stayed in the room that was on the ground floor. The only problem was there was a little bit noise that was made by the the vehicles and people who passed our door. But we could sleep after a while.

The location is great, just a step away from the seaside. The room has all the facilities you can need. And it is literally clean. The lady was so helpful, she tries her best to help you. Thank you so much dear Elena 🙏🏼

The curtains of the bathroom didnt work in the beginning. We had to call the owner and language was a barrier in the beginning. than we send each other videos to find a workaround for the problem

Noisy

Room was small but enough. It was clean and pretty. Location was super. Everywhere is so close to us. You can just walk very popular cafes and restaurants. I really recommend it. Owner was friendly and kind. The only negative thing was about sound isolation. The street was very noisy. We had to keep close windows and open the air conditioner. Thank you for everything.

Noise! What is a nice hotel room if the main requirment of sleep can't be met? Our room #606 contained of a door leading to an adjacent room, it was closed, but lets through so much noise, there's no insulation, we could almost hear the person brushing their teeth. Maybe we were also unlucky to have a guest next to us which happened to have a sleeping problem. The TV played loud enough at 1am, 3am and again at 5am, and kept us awake almost all night, leaving us dead tired by the time we had to check out :-((

bathroom were tiny and shower head often flooded the floor. there was a pop up concert till 1am and the rooms were not soundproof at all. not close to any beach

Its not and it cannot be the quietest location. Would be good if (the very polite) cleaners were better briefed by reception on which rooms have been vacated so they dont try to enter rooms that are still occupied. There is a small breakfast space at the reception but there is no need to bother - the premise is so close to the main port with all its cafeterias, pastry shops etc that we never considered using it, simply go to the harbor, just a few steps away, for your morning coffee and enjoy the views! The WC/Shower room overlooks a street which is reasonably busy during shops working hours, you absolutely must close the shaders otherwise people can see into the room (not a real problem, just a small peculiarity)

Excellent location in the heart of the town, room was well appointed and in excellent condition (totally clean, furniture is practically new). It does have coffee/tea making facilities (not a given in Greece).

The location was beautiful. Walking distance to the port and shopping centers. Rooms were clean. There is also a place to leave luggage. I would prefer it for our next trips as well.

Helena (receptionist or owner of the hotel I do not know) was a very nice person. She helped us in everything even renting a car she suggested a car rental and they helped us with everything at cheap prices. The hotel was good too, it was clean and smelled well, there were two bottles of water and whenever we wanted water Helena gave us thank her for this as well. We wanted to check in earlier she helped us with that as well. The location is important, the hotel is just 7 min walk from the port and 3km to the airport, and there is public transportation from the airport to there.There is a lot of alternatives for food and market around. Everything was very good actually If I will go to chios again I will stay there. Thank you, Helena!! Greetings from turkey!!
