The dinner buffet was not that great. Very much cafeteria style food.

The buffet breakfast was OK but the location of this hotel is great. For people who like to gamble it’s a winner.

Very rude gymnast Seraphim, who unfortunately we met at the spa. His very macho and unprofessional attitude ruined the excellent experience we had with the rest of the hotel’s staff. We complained to the spa manager who promised to share our complaint with the hotel manager.

The hotel is “tired”. I come here since 2014. Everything became tattered, greasy. For sure it should get spring-cleaning and local repairs.

Great location in Corinth area. Good rooms, breakfast. Beach side. Also has really nice spa and indoor pool.

Nice, clean, spacious hotel with friendly staff. The room is spacious, the bathroom is large and clean. The rooms need a little renovation. The pool is clean and spacious, two excellent saunas. Light renovation is also needed, but not on essential elements. We have already booked the next arrival.

The hotel feels a bit like it has passed its heyday a bit.

It was great that the swimming pool, although cold, could still be used in the beginning of November because of the great weather.

Air conditioning in our room only blew out hot air- ok for me but not my wife! The balcony swayed when I sat down- didn't realise we were getting the shocks of an earthquake

We used this as a stop off on route to Athens airport- only an hour away. The hotel was better than expected for our group of 8. Restaurant ocean was absolutely superb and great value for the standard of food and service received- we will return just for this. Casino excellent and a bit of fun- didn't win but still good fun. Will return to the hotel for a couple of nights in warmer weather and make use of the spa facilities on offer.

Standard generally max. 4 stars. Breakfast with limited choice, always the same. Mediocre quality food a the self service dinner , Stained carpets at corridors, a bit old tired look of everything. Only limited choice and only greek TV stations with films couple decades old. underground parking extremally crowded with cars of casino-goers, hight around 180-190 cm, difficult to walk for taller person the casino people are of very "diverse" type, many look like homeless people and they are all around the hotel, at dinner in the self servce restaurant etc. no service of food or drinks at the hotel beach

Just as a warning - was not issue for us - Hotel is quite far away from Loutraki city , on the side of the city. Of course walkable, but far - if you need to account this. But if needed, taxy takes you to the city for 5€ and back for 4€. Easy! Minibar had only water. Quite cheap for such class hotel. Or no trust to customer? Hotel reception personnel was official and cold. In one of elevators buttons did not work, so pressing buttons took you to other floor, for your own and other customers surprise. For such hotel pretty poor performance.

If you are looking for a luxury stay in Loutraki, definitely one of the nicest hotel complexes in the area. Large, large internal area with pool. Pool by the way is fantastic - with a sea view. :) Very nice SPA, especially if you come in cooler period, good place to visit sauna and warm pool and jacuzzi. Our room without sea view had no view. That was a bit of a downside, but was chosen for economical reasons. If you will afford room with sea view, it will be beautiful. Bed was cozy, no too soft and not too hard, exactly right. Bathroom large and clean. Pebble beach with sunbeds and sun shadows and of course, wonderful sea! Don't forget to walk to the Corinth channel. Just ~1 km from hotel, fun to see boats passing over submerged bridge, if you hit right time. (We hit such window between 10:15-10:50 in the morning.) And exactly across the street is 24/7 open small bar where you can have really cheap beer and good Greek food!

Breakfast was ok, but should vary and add more things to the boufet(add pancakes for example !), it is a 5 star hotel but the breakfast fits a 4 star! . Cappacino was extra and cost about 4 euro for a small cup! We stayed for three days and lunch and dinner were only pork... Thr outdoor pool was very very cold, nobody coulf swim in it! They should consider warming it. The private beach wasn't clean and comfortable.

The location, the view is stunning. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the stuff was friendly and helpfull. The jacozi was perfect!
