Incredible location which made it really easy to take public transport to and from airport, as well as for sightseeing activities and nearby restaurants. Staff were so friendly and accomodating they even gave us an umbrella when it rained!

Hard to find. Even businesses nearby had no idea where it was. Over a very loud bar..with very loud music!'. We didn't get to sleep until the bars closed. We had been awake for 33 hours straight, so that was a bit unsettling.

Close to many monuments. Great breakfast! Super nice staff-and very accommodating!

Nothing, honestly.

The accommodation was located in a pedestrian area, full of cafes, bars and restaurants. It was a little busy, so some travelers may find it noisy, but for us it was a positive thing. It's within less than 10 minutes walking distance from the closest, Monastiraki station. The place is a renewed historical building and is really nice. The rooms were really clean and nicely furnished, although not too spacious. The bed and the pillows were comfortable, there was a nice Nespresso machine, small fridge, water bottles were provided daily. The best thing about the place though was their amazing staff, especially Yianna, who was a true star! Very positive, helpful, friendly... She gave us great tips of good restaurants, places to visit, etc. I would definitely return to this place!

Excellent stay! Everything was perfect, the cleanliness of the room, the location, the staff, the breakfast. We arrived earlier than we were supposed to check in and without even asking the hotel for an early check in, the staff practically went the extra mile to prepare the room for us which was really important especially for our kids because we had an early morning flight. Really appreciate it! I am amazed by the professionalism of Ms Yianna, Ms Alda and Ms Diana they made us feel like home and we will definitely choose Clyde Athens again. Couldn't ask for more from this amazing stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay in the hostel that is ideally located in the centre. We had the junior suite with the terrace. It was just amazing to rest there after a day of visits. Ioanna and Alda have been great in advising us before and during the stay. We highly recommend.

Noisy. The noise outside was loud at night. But also the noise from reception travelled up the stairs into our room.

It was a bit noisy on Saturday night because of the cafe/bar under the hotel, but we fell asleep easily as we were simply tired that night, so it was not a problem for us, but it could have been disturbing for sensitive sleepers.

- The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful, they gave us great advices and recommendations. - Location of the hotel makes it easy to go to the touristic destinations by a short walk, and there are many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. - The room was clean when we arrived, and it was also cleaned daily. - Breakfast was in a cafe nearby - The Brunchers, and it was also great.

The room is located at the heart of a busy district with lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes. People are partying until very late at night, so the room is very noisy at night.

The room size. I think it is perfect for a weekend stay, when you don't have lots of clothes with you. I kept most of my clothes and stuff in the luggage on our almost-week trip. Also, a great location means lots of noise. But the hotel took care of it by providing us with earplugs that were in the room already when we checked in:)

The location. In the heart of the city and there is a great and cozy bar downstairs with greeeat brunches💕 The hotel is well-designed and comfy.

Location is just perfect, close to the metro, in central Athens, in a very decent (and lively) neighbourhood with nice restaurants, close to the Akropolis. The staff really go out of their way to be nice and helpful. Rooms are small, but clean, with a cozy bed. Bonus points for the coffee maker in the room.

You really really need more hangers in the room 102. There are not enough hangers for all the towels in the bathroom (it would be nice if you add more next to the sink or maybe on the back of the door). And I would’ve added a hanger on the back of the door for jackets in the main room. “Closet” is very small as well as bedside tables, it would be so much nicer if you could add more shelves, so the electric kettle and coffee machine won't be in the way and there will be more space to place different personal belongings.

The fantastic receptionist welcomed us (sorry, I forgot the name😭), helped us navigate around the city, and gave lots of recommendations. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and well-maintained. The Nespresso machine’s capsules and small water bottles were restocked daily. Nice and safe area, close to everything. There is a great place for breakfasts and cocktails at night, right under the hotel, called “wanna flirt”. Great rooftop to chill after a long day.

Excellent location in the Plaka close to transport hub Monastiraki and countless restaurants and bars. Room was super clean and well-appointed. Good coffee machine - with supplies topped up daily. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

The hotel staff was very friendly, they gave me a lot of useful informations about Athens and how to navigate around the city. They were always ready to help and to solve every issue. The room was very tidy, cleaned every day. The room was equipped with all necessary bathroom supplies such as shower gel, soap, shampoo and body lotion. The nespresso machine and Netflix access were also nice additions :) The room had small balcony with table and chairs, but every guest had also access to roof terrace with comfortable seating. The location of the hotel is amazing, short walk to Monastiraki and Acropolis. Also, the breakfasts at The Brunchers were great.
